    college football rules question

Team scores GW TD with 5 seconds left

ensuing kickoff team that is losing gets the ball back with 2 seconds left.

Next play is a delay of game penalty. Is the clock supposed to run out?

This happens in the NCAA Football 10. Just want to know if the game is following the rules.

I'm not sure on a delay of game, that's pretty rare in those circumstances. I believe that if the offense has a false start penalty or something along those lines that there is a 10 second runoff. I guess a delay of game may fall under that same issue, a presnap penalty.
