    Week 1 : W 10-7 vs Jax
Played good defense, the addition of CB Keenan Lewis looks like a big help. If we can stop the run, we'll be looking good.

    L 27-17 vs NO
The first one was a win before the servers went down. The 2nd one made everybody on our team lose hope, including Andrew Luck's -21 confidence hit on 6 turnovers (2 fumbles) and our team lost the turnover battle 8-0. We're still very confident in the defense, 27 points allowed and we turned it over 8 times.

    L 34-14 vs Hou
It was going to be a tight game until Andrew Luck got injured for 4 weeks on a QB sneak which is expected in Madden. TJ Yates was average and our star corners weren't enough to stop Houston's WR's. Ryan Mallett started off slow and starting missing receivers early, but his receivers were making big one on one catches all day.

So now we sit at 1-2. We're very confident in our defense, but there is an obvious need to upgrade at DT. Offensively we have nothing, Bradshaw is our bellcow, Richardson was traded, and now we have to expect TY Hilton to do too much on offense. Yates isn't talented enough to let rookie WR Jordon Chaney or slow-pokes Boldin and Wayne to showcase their talent, especially with an average O-Line. Looks like we'll rely on the run, and possibly add another FA HB to join Bradshaw, Vic Ballard, and Antone Smith.

With the 4 week injury to Andrew Luck, the Colts were forced to make a few roster moves. HB Jonathan Dwyer was signed to fill the shoes of Trent Richardson, and he'll split backup duties with Vic Ballard. We also signed QB Kellen Clemens who fits our style. TJ Yates will start in week 4 vs Atlanta, but he has 0 confidence. So Clemens is expected to take over against the Titans, Bengals, Patriots, and possible Tampa Bay. After our bye in week 9, we'll need to rack up some wins against the AFC East and in our division.

JFace907 I'll be on live, send me an invite whenever you're ready. And Yates will be starting at QB, he's got about a 4-drive limit to put up points.

Colts lose again, 20-13 vs Atlanta.

-TJ Yates managed to not make any mistakes, no turnovers. He started 9-9 but we didn't let him go deep except for 2-3 times.

-Newly signed Johnathan Dwyer is the goat, fumbling the ball inside our own 30.

-Speedy rookie Jordon Chaney led the team in receiving and had a really nice punt return, juking once to break open, again to the middle of the field, but running around the punter caused him to lose all his stamina and get tackled at the 10, field goal.

-Defense struggles to stop the run, but our corners were great. For the most part we shut down Atlanta's stud receivers and the corners knocked out a few passes that looked like catches.

-At the end of the day, we're 1-3, Luck's out 3 more weeks and our chances at the playoffs are slim. The defense is still promising but the offense is severely limited. We played about as well as we could ask for on offense and really only got 10 points (Chaney set up the FG.)

    1-3 Colts host Undefeated Titans
QB Kellen Clemens will get the start after being signed in the middle of last week. TJ Yates will be ready, after an average game vs Houston. The run game looks weak, and fumbles have been a huge problem for our team. Vick Ballard and Jonathan Stewart should see time at HB today. This unit must limit turnovers and get the run game going to be successful. WR Jordon Chaney looked good vs Atlanta and hopes to build on that.

The Titans feature a great O-Line and will surely look to run the ball on the Colts. Our corners have the advantage over Tennessee's receivers, so we'll be able to stack the box to try and slow down the run. Tennessee's receivers have speed, so if we blitz we'll need to get there quickly. Our goal is to keep Tennessee's running backs under 150 yards.

    Spread: Tennessee -3.5

    Win 43-36 over Tennessee

Write-up later but here's our key points.
-Offense needs to score TD's, we had a safety, 3 TD's (2 defensive + 2 XP's) and 7 field goals, giving our kicker a nice fantasy day. One offensive TD and 7 FG's won't cut it. 14 was our highest point output before today.

-We held Bishop Sankey early and forced Tennessee to pass. We held him to about 2.5 ypc.

-Robert Mathis finally had his big game, 4 sacks.

-Kellen Clemens was benched after doing nothing besides throw a pick-6 inside our 5.

-TJ Yates was fantastic yet again (compared to expectations). No turnovers and a good completion percentage. He is definitely our starter next week.

-TY Hilton was our main receiver. TE Dwayne Allen had a few catches but Hilton went for 125+ thanks to 2 long catch and runs.

-We allowed tons of pass yards, but we were in quarter sitting back late in the game. We need to improve there but this may have happened due to focusing on Bishop Sankey and the run game.

-This was expected to be in the 30s, but tons of points were put up, Colts won't be able to score points consistently until Luck's back, 2 weeks. 2-3 record and now we face Cincinnati.

Next up: Colts-Bengals aka TJ Yates v Matt Flynn. Upper body injuries to Luck and Dalton. The game's in Indi.

    Spread: Indi -2.5
    Over/Under: 34

These aren't from DL, just best guess

DE Arthur Jones strained his pectoral last week. He's our top D-Lineman, but we think we can replace him well. He'll be out 4 weeks which is nice since Madden sounded like he'd be out for the season when it happened. Ricky Jean Francois and Fili Moala will start at DE.

Thoughts from our 37-21 home loss to Cincinnati

-4 times we had a few steps on fly routes, once 5'8" Chaney was able to box out the defender, go up, make the grab, and run for his 1st career score. The other 3 (1 to Hilton, 2 to Chaney) were dropped after taking the hit. Hopefully Luck's accuracy will give us a few more inches of room, but we need to make more of those catches.

-TJ Yates was average, <50% completion percentage and he threw 1 bad pick. When blitzed from the right, he ran left out of the pocket and tried to fit a pass through a small window and it was intercepted easily, our only turnover of the day.

    - We missed injured DE Arthur Jones. Gio ran for 125 and 3 scores and we couldn't get our defense off the field. Pass defense and run defense did not look good.

-2 consecutive high scoring games. We thought of ourselves as a defensive team, but it doesn't seem so anymore.

-Can't wait for Andrew Luck to get back. He's questionable for our next game at New England and Cheez . We sit at 2-4.

    Week 7 preview
    2-4 Colts at 2-3 Patriots

-The main story is the return of Andrew Luck. Yates was average, but the offense was limited with him. New England has a good secondary so it's strength vs. strength.

-Run game has been weak, hopefully one of our 4 running backs can figure something out today. With Luck back, New England won't be able to stack the box against us. Antone Smith scored on one of his 2 carries last week, so he'll see some extra time at HB.

-You never know if New England will come out throwing or sit in their shell. Lately, our defense has been shredded by opposing QBs, but our corners should be able to shut down LaFell and Amendola. We'll rely on LB's Lamard Mallett and D'Qwell Jackson to stop Gronk. With DE Arthur Jones out, we need to focus more on the run. We're hoping for at least 2 turnovers.

    Spread: New England -3
    Over/Under: 43

3 point loss to NE moves us to 2-5.

-Hilton caught a long TD pass, a quick throw on a go route, broke an arm tackle, and was free to the end zone.

    - Our run game was average, as usual.

-Luck was very good beside his 1 INT. New England's corner was 15 yards off the line of scrimmage, I tried to throw a quick smoke screen to Hilton, and by the time I could get it out, the corner had made the INT.

-Luck was probably touched 5-6 times and was injured 2 times. We want him to become more of a runner, but these injuries are ridiculous.

-13 mph wind was a huge factor because EA sucks. New England was easily able to kick a FG as time expired.

-Defense shut down the run in the 1st half, but New England ran at will late in the game.

-Andrew Luck's collarbone is now broken is 12 places. He can't get hit without getting injured. And yeah, he fumbled the ball away in enemy territory even though I pressed slide 3 times. This now brings Luck's injury total to 6 separate occurrences (on about 10 running plays)

-Defense can't stop the pass, defense can't stop the run. Offense can't run, offense can't pass with TJ Yates.

-We're looking at a top 10 draft pick, possibly top 5 now that we're 2-6 with Luck out 5 more weeks. We are looking to add draft picks for players. Time to sell everybody.

-This game makes me want to throw my TV through the window.

Black Republican at what point is it OK to fire my coach? We should've just started off as a 4-3 team. It'll still be 2-3 more losses before we want to fire him.

    W 41-34 vs. Carolina

We made 1 change on defense, but our team looked completely different. MLB D'Qwell Jackson moved to our user LB position after crappy draft pick Lamard Mallett hit the bench. Jackson still started at the other 3-4 spot, but he was all over the field today, making 13 tackles, an INT, and a key sack on a screen play. He'll be a key piece in our future 4-3 defense and should change the face of our defense the rest of the season.

-TJ Yates had 4 TDs and 0 INTs (although I think one was caught in the back of the endzone and called incomplete). On 2 of the TD's, Yates had over 6 seconds with the ball before finding a wide open TY Hilton for TD's. Hilton finished with 169 yards and 3 scores.

-Run game was a little bit better. Bradshaw had a few nice runs, but we still don't feel confident running it. As long as Yates is accurate and can earn respect, we should be OK.

We were dominated by Tennessee, and TJ Yates tore his bicep. That's no problem, because next man up Tavaris Jackson will start vs Buffalo. Kellen Clemens will play when Jackson gets injured. Jackson is our 4th starting QB on the season.

We got beat badly by Buffalo, but we played well. Always nice to have moral victories, but we got killed on a few plays. We converted a 3rd down, but momentum made us lose 4 yards, and didn't convert on 4th down. We dropped 3 user picks, and TY 'fumbled' a half a second after making his catch.

-D'Qwell Jackson dominated after a slow game vs Tennessee. He had 8 tackles and would have won the game himself if he wasn't playing with casts on both of his hands. We had 3 dropped INTs, 2 over the middle, and one jumping a curl route. He also knocked down a slant route on 3rd down by simply knocking it down with his face. 8 tackles as we pretty much stopped the run game.

-Tavaris Jackson was average, 3 INTs, couldn't score in the red zone. We got inside the 10 a few times, but couldn't punch it in. Jackson was also good on his feet, eluding the defensive line. On one play inside the 10 he ran circles around the defense, rolled right, and found a wide open man 10 yards away from him but he managed to miss.

-I have no idea how we're 3-8, maybe next year. Also Madden 15 is just a terribly made game, it's tough to express how bad this game is, just unrealistic and wrong in so many areas of the game

Good game hskr8128 Despite the feeling of hopelessness that entire game, I enjoyed it. I was really happy with Tavaris Jackson's ability to manuever without getting killed. How was Spiller's injury? He went down late

The Colts finished their dismal season with 2 wins over AFC East opponents. Our 5-11 record may have moved us out of the top 10 in the draft, but the boost in confidence for next year will be worth it. Andrew Luck got 2 wins under his belt after getting killed by Houston his first week back.

    W 31-21 vs NY Jets
Colts decided to bench aging WR Anquan Boldin for rookie Deshawn Kerr and that move seemed to pay off. Our pass coverage was very weak, with Eric Decker and Jace Amaro finding themselves wide open all day. The game completely turned around once Geno Smith got injured and Eli Manning had to come in. The Colts were able to run and take advantage of an inaccurate Manning to win the game.

    W15-10 at Miami
We won this game without scoring a TD, and for once our defense won a game. Miami wasn't able to convert on a couple key 4th down plays late in the game which proved to be the difference. Miami's biggest play was a Lamar Miller run to the outside, once he broke 1 tackle he ran 80 yards for a score. The Colts offense was efficient, just unable to put the ball in the endzone. We had 1 TD run called back due to holding.
