Earlier this season, the Colts played probably their worst game against the Titans in a 21-7 loss that was much worse than the score indicated. The Colts committed 7 turnovers, 6 of which came from Andrew Luck and just seemed as if they couldn't get anything right in the game. Fast forward 10 weeks and the roles were completely reversed. The Titans have been in a freefall the past 3 or 4 weeks while the Colts seem to be getting better every week.

The game would start with the Colts striking early on a 10 yard touchdown pass to Denarius Moore. The Titans would respond with a field goal after a few huge runs by Doug Martin to get them inside the 10 yard line. Continuing his hot streak, Luck would once again lead the Colts down field and this time would connect with backup TE Vance Mcdonald for a 21 yard score to end the quarter 14-3.

After forcing a punt to start the 2nd quarter, the Colts offense took over again. This time, letting RB Freddie Barclay in on the action as he would take the handoff up the gut for a 21 yard score and 21-3 lead midway through the second quarter. Another punt by the Titans would give the ball back to the Colts. Faced with a 3rd and 2 and with the Titans stacking the line expecting a run, Luck would call an audible and find TE Dwayne Allen all by himself 10 yards behind the defense and Allen would outrun defenders en route to a 66 yard score and 28-3 lead heading into the half.

The second half was quiet for the most part with the Colts electing to run clock when they had a chance and their defense stifling any offensive threat the Titans posed. Late in the game with the game already out of hand, the Titans would lose the one player they could not afford to as Doug Martin would get flattened on a toss play by SS Joe Lefeged forcing the fumble and also breaking Martin's jaw. It has been determined that Martin will now miss the remainder of the season as the Titans continue their freefall.
