After a heartbreaking loss to the Texans earlier in the season which saw the Texans score in only about 25 seconds, the Colts had circled this game on their calender. The Colts came out focused from the start. They took the first drive down field in about 4 minutes before QB Zac Dyssert would find TE Dwayne Allen over the middle for a 4 yard score. From there the defense would set the tone. They only allowed 153 yards of offense and did a good job at forcing the Texans into 3rd and longs which was the gameplan. In the second quarter, Dyssert would again throw for a touchdown but this time to Denarrius Moore to take a 14-0 lead. The score would remain the same until the 4th quarter when the Demarlo Tyson-Gulley would sack Nick Foles in the endzone for a safety. On the next possession Bernard Pierce would run it in from 4 yards out. The teams would then trade field goals and the game would end 23-3.
