    Week 8

The Patriots who are 3-3 will host the Colts who are 4-2

New England is coming off a very tough lose to the 49ers 35-27.

The Colts are coming of a win and they are playing some great football.

Here is the statistical match up
    Colts Patriots
    per game averages
    Points 27 23
    Yards 354 294
    Passing 196 218
    Rushing 157 75
    1st downs 17 11

    Points 19 27
    Yards 292 305
    Passing 189 200
    Rushing 104 105
    Sacks 1 3
    Ints 1 1
    Turnover Diff +8 -6

When looking at the stat's the key one is Turnover diff. This will be a key stat in the game. Both teams will need to hold on to the ball to win. The Colts have the advantage in this area.

    Keys to the game
    -Winning the Turnover battle
    -The Run game
    -3rd down conversions
    -Red zone TD's

I believe the winning team will be the one that wins the TO battle and does the best job of establishing the run game. Both teams like to get the run game going. The Colts are better at it this year. If the Patriots want to win they can't allow the Colts to get the lead and just run it up their throat. They must keep the pressure on and force Indy out of their comfort zone.

    Key Players
NE TE Rob Gronkowski (19 catches, 339 yards, and 4 TD's)
-The Patriots have not done a good enough job at getting their best receiver the ball. They will be looking to get him more involved in the offense.

Ind RB Stevan Ridley (90 car, 496 yds, and 6 tds)
-Ridley comes back to NE for the first time after the Patriots traded him for a first round pick. I'm sure he wants to prove that they made a mistake. The player NE got with the Ridley pick is SS Karlos Williams. Look for him to make Pats fans forget all about Ridley in this game.

Looking forward to this match up dakota7

This game will be live on at 9 central tonight.

My bad we got WR Diggs with the Ridley pick. I'm not going to go back and change it though. Lol
