Kansas State vs. Missouri is essentially for a spot in the Big 12 title game... looks like Oklahoma could make it, but Texas Tech has an outside shot...

Georgia and South Carolina are tied up.... not sure who won there head to head matchup....... on the other side.... it looks like Alabama has a firm lead in the West and has a victory over Ole Miss....

The West was stacked this year. Arkansas and Bama are ridiculously good.

I completely forgot about Bama, and I thought Dru and I were playing for the SEC West Title.

I think he still has Bama and UPIG so hopefully he will knock Bama off and give us a chance to win the West.

I think Ole Miss will need Bama to lose two conference games.... if Miss St beats Bama, and you beat Miss St....... Bama is in the conference title game....

What is the SEC's tie breaker? Because they all could be 7-1, right?

I can't believe I have the ACC's second best defense. That's sort of crazy.

I would think it would be head to head.... but it might be somethin else.......

the way its currently set up.... if Ole Miss and Bama end up tied.... Bama should go based on their head to head.... if Miss St runs the table, i think they are in... I think Ole Miss needs two Bama losses to get in.....

There is a scenario for a three-way tie with everyone 7-1 and everyone has beat eachother, right? You can't do head-to-head at that point.

i think if everyone ends up with one loss, Bama goes.... due to the schedule.... Ole Miss's lose would be to Bama, but Miss St already has a loss.... so if they lose again to Ole Miss, they are out of the running.....

I think Miss State has to run the table....
Bama can lose one and still go....
Ole Miss probably has to win out and hope Bama loses another one...

    That looks accurate.

I have Bama this week on the road (likely loss but that's why they play the games), then Arkansas at home then on the road vs Ole Miss. If I lose to Bama, then I'd say it's likely that the Tide win the SEC West (as I think they've already beaten Arkansas and they've beaten Ole Miss).

I control my destiny with 3 weeks to play, can't ask for much more than that.

If I win out (which would be amazing) I'd like to think that would bump me maybe to top 5 status. I'd have wins over the #1 team and two other top 20 teams in 3 weeks.

Hell, a miraculous win vs Bama might be enough to get me in the top 10.

Ah, yeah, my prediction was wrong. I thought Miss St had already played and lost to Ole Miss. So yeah, that is an interesting race.

I really wish we could have three people in each division....

that's when you do round robin. Well, at least in the ACC you do. The best record between the three teams against each other. That's how Virginia Tech got in the ACC Championship game two years ago and won it (in real life). They were 2-0 against the teams tied with them in their division.

You could sneak into the BCS Championship game if you win out. Arkansas and Alabama are ranked. I think Lawdog (ole miss) is ranked now too? That'd be three straight victories over ranked teams, with one being #1 in the nation. Then if you win the SEC Title, you may be in the National Title game.

It doesn't really matter to me about three people in a division. Too late to do it, or no?

Unless we are going to start over it's too late to switch things up I think.

I was just saying that I think two in each division is sort of boring. I'm more alluding to a 18 person dynasty if you wanted to use three conferences.

Maybe one day. I think if you are doing two conferences, 12 guys is enough. Sad thing is, if we got Mutt, Flo, Hoosier and the like all back and added a few more for an 18 user league, we might still be advancing at about the same rate, lol.

Yeah, I'm not alluding to changing anything... just sort of thinking out loud.
