For the 2nd consecutive game, the Dallas defense held their opponent to 10pts. But in week 5, they held the Eagles' offense to 117 total yards, picking off N. Foles twice and returning one of those 34yds for a pick 6. They only registered 1 sack and Foles did seem to have time to throw however, the DBs played their best game, limiting the Eagles' opportunities.
On offense, Romo was effective and efficient(84% comp) but coaches still pulled him in the 2nd half to continue to get rookie QB D. Harvin some reps.
The story of the offense, however, was D. Murray and his 181yds rushing. 62 of them came on a run early in the 3rd as Dallas looked to extend their 17-3 lead. Murray would break off left tackle and out run the defense for the TD, crossing the goalline untouched. Philly would answer with their own TD on the next drive to make it 24-10 but, that would end their scoring as Dallas would win this one 34-10.
Philly heads home to host the Ravens in week 6 while Dallas looks to stay hot during their bye week before traveling to Pittsburgh in week 7.
