Just throwing this out there, not sure if I want to go this route yet.
With Dallas moving to a 4-3 after hiring Monte Kiffin, was wondering if I'd be allowed to make the same changes on my team that are being thrown around by analysts.

    ROLB D. Ware to RE
REs M. Spears/J. Hatcher to DT
    ILB B. Carter to ROLB

Again, this is just exploratory at this point...

The game doesn't allow MLB's at DE. If you change your scheme to a 4-3, you will need to keep it as a 4-3 and Ware would be a DE for the rest of his tenure with your team. DT and DE are interchangeable.

I'd be ok with Ware moving to DE as well.

Another thing to keep in mind, I don't believe there is any way to change your default playbook to fit your new scheme (other than retiring and creating a new coach). You would have to change your defensive playbook before every game, and would be stuck with your current one in practices.
