Georgia fans are hype right now as there bulldogs cruise past the Ragin Cajuns 31-7. Washaun Ealy, after scoring Georgia's first TD, went down early in the first half with a broken shoulder making him out for the season. But Caleb King rising to the occasion came onto the field and took care of business with an impressive 21 Carries, 158 Yds, and scoring 2 TD. When asked what was going through his mind when his teammate Ealy went down Caleb relpied, "time to go to work."

Coach Richt: The loss of Washaun Ealy is hard to swallow and we wish him a speedy recovery. Aaron Murray, who was 8 for 12 today looked calm out on the field and might have silenced a couple of critics in the process. Georgia's defense played great and the power of Georgia's offensive line, if healthy, can be a real headache for teams throughout the season.

    Scoring Summary
UGA: W. Ealy 8 Yd TD run
UGA: C. King 3 Yd TD run
UGA: B. Walsh 49 Yd FG
UGA: A.J. Green 48 Yd TD pass from A. Murray
UGA: C. King 1 Yd TD run
ULL: I. Thompson 13 Yd TD pass from C. Masson

    UGA steals one in Columbia

Georgia inches past the gamecocks in a 31-28 rivalry game. Coach Richt: "It wasn't pretty but we got the job done." Even though the bulldogs season started last week this was there first official game and first test. Aaron Murray, with another impressive game, completed 11 of his 18 passes and Caleb King pitched in with 33 Carries, 148 Yds, and TD.

This was a good win for the bulldogs team and for there confidence especially Aaron Murray. But the road is only going to get alot tougher and harder. Georgia has to continue to be physical and stay focused. "We are going to practice and strive to get even better than we are" replied Coach Richt. Georgia is on the right path to be a contender for the SEC.

TD UGA: C. Thomas 6 Yd run
FG UGA: B. Walsh, 23 Yd FG
TD S Car: K. Miles, 3 Yd run

    Bulldogs Fall

Georgia fans are not pleased with Georgia's SEC loss to Arkansas. T. Wilson, who had an outstanding game, completed 10 of his 12 passes. Coach Richt: "it was a hard fought game but we need to play better each week." Georgia couldn't stop the run letting R. Wingo destroy the defense getting 24 carries for 169 Yds. A tough loss for Georgia but a good way to see how the bulldogs will bounce back under pressure. Georgia needs to work on getting stops and capatilizing on turnovers whether its 3 or 7 points.

    Scoring Summary

TD Ark: G. Childs, 6 Yd pass from T. Wilson
FG UGA: B. Walsh, 33 Yd FG

Georgia Bulldogs dominate Mississippi State 34-6. M. Brown was the difference maker in this game with 7 Rec, 174 Yds, and 2 TD. Coach Richt: "now this is what Georgia football is all about." Georgia's defense played great holding Miss St. to just 2 FG. This was indeed a must win for Georgia and a good way to keep their composure under pressure and show what kind of team they are and have. There are still things Georgia needs to work on as far as taking care of the ball and making good decisions on the field. The dawgs are happy about this win but they know they have more work that needs to be done. The SEC, in the first 4 weeks, has changed dramatically and Georgia is still in the mix.

    Scoring Summary

FG Miss St: S. Brauchle, 26 Yd FG
TD UGA: M. Brown, 83 Yd pass from A. Murray
FG Miss St: S. Brauchle, 21 Yd FG
TD UGA: C. Thomas, 14 Yd run
FG UGA: B. Walsh, 47 Yd FG
TD UGA: M. Brown, 20 Yd Pass from A. Murray
FG UGA: B. Walsh, 22 Yd FG

    A Big win

Georgia Bulldogs get another win defeating a talented Colorado team 31-14. A. Murray is really showing that he wants to be mentioned in the conversation as one of the top qbs in the SEC. M. Brown had an outstanding game getting 6 Rec, 190 Yds, 2 TD. Brown is developing into a premier WR and is taking alot of pressure off of A.J. Green. Coach Richt: "I don't know what A.J.'s decision will be in the off-season but Brown is really stepping up."

Georgia's offense has been playing great but the defense has been struggling lately. Colorado's R. Stewart got 24 carries, 148 Yds, TD. That is unacceptable. Georgia cannot continue to let this happen. Coach Richt: " We need to do better on the defensive end and stop giving away yards. " The bulldogs have to do better on defense. A good win for the dawgs but they still got alot of work to do.

    Scoring Summary

TD CU: J. Darden, 8 Yd pass from T. Hansen
TD UGA: M. Brown, 28 Yd pass from A. Murray
TD UGA: C. King, 1 Yd run
TD UGA: M. Brown, 54 Yd pass from A. Murray
TD CU: R. Stewart, 5 Yd run
TD UGA: B. Boykin, returned kickoff 101 Yds

    Bulldogs earn another

The Dawgs get another big win defeating Tennessee 41-17. Not only is this a big win for their overall record but a big win in the conference as well. A. Murray completed 18 of his 28 passes but Caleb King stole the show with 25 Car, 112 Yds, and 3 TD. The city of Athens, GA was worried a few weeks back when there star running back got injured but the rising of Caleb King has everybody once again feeling good about the season.
And let's not forget about the defense. D. Gamble and D. Dobbs recorded 2 sacks a piece and a combined 8 TFL.

Tennessee QB M. Simms was 7-11 with 165 Yds, and 2 TD but it was all Georgia today. Georgia is getting better at making good decisions and taking care of the football. There is still some things to work on but it will come as the season moves on.

    Bulldogs Win

The bulldogs improve their record to 6-1 defeating Vanderbilt 66-38. A. Murray put up some good numbers but M. Brown came to play today. The Sophmore WR had 5 Rec, 278 Yds, and 3 TD. Brown is gaining momentum and is taking the pressure off of A.J. Green. The bulldogs are starting to work out all the kinks in the offense and defense. Georgia needs to put more pressure on the QB and stop the run at all costs and force turnovers. Coach Richt: "With the way every team is playing this year we can't afford to make bad decisions on the field." "We need to capitalize on every turnover or mistake the other team makes and get something out of it." Georgia is taking every game serious never underestimating any team no matter how their record looks or rank is. Thus far, this Georgia team hasn't disappointed the fans. A very talented team with the ability to go as far as they want to. Not a good game for Murray throwing 3 interceptions and was 12-28 but still in all a good game. More practice is necessary and we will get better.

    Overpowering!

Georgia slams Kentucky 24-7. Not a big scoring game but Georgia got the job done is this SEC Conference game. C. King 22 Car, 135 Yds, and 3 TD. A. Green and M. Brown assisted in this win with a total of 114 Yds combined. The bulldogs are playing good football and are only going to get better as the season continues. A. Murray has developed into the bulldogs star QB and has grown over the past few games. He is understanding his position and learning from his coaches and fellow teammates. The defense is playing well but still have alot of work to do. The road to the SEC Championship game has to go through Jacksonville and Florida is playing great football. Georgia faces a tough challenge next week. A good win for the dawgs against Kentucky now it's time to move past this win and focus on next week's game.

    Scoring Summary

TD UGA: C. King, 36 Yd run
TD UGA: C. King, 25 Yd run
TD UK: G. McCaskill, 7 Yd pass from M. Newton

Bulldogs not up to the task

Georgia falls 37-14 to Florida. The bulldogs didn't score until the fourth quarter and that was on a kickoff return. Florida's defense played incredible holding C. King to only 11 Car for 72 Yds and ther star WR M. Brown to only 4 Yds. A. Murray threw 3 interceptions which hurt the bulldogs chances of coming back and a fumble by C. King that hurt. Georgia didn't play the kind of football there known for playing. The defense or offense didn't come to play today. The dawgs have to make some adjustments and practice even harder to right this wrong. The bulldogs have to finish this season on a good note.

    Scoring Summary

TD UF: C. Rainey, 77 Yd pass from J. Brantley
FG UF: C. Sturgis, 23 Yd FG
TD UF: J. Demps, 3 Yd run
