With a win over the visiting Redskins in week 8, Dallas now sports a 3-0 record vs the NFC East and holds a slim lead in the division.
Washington could not get anything going on the ground (17yds rushing) and had to rely on the arm of 2nd yr QB R. Witten, subbing for the injured Manziel. Though he completed a few downfield passes, displaying pretty good accuracy on those throws, he could only muster a 44% completion rate and threw 3 INTs. Playing from behind the entire game made it hard for the Redskins to keep the Cowboy defense off balance. On the other side of the field, Dallas was able to mix in a solid effort by HB D. Murray (99yds, 1 TD) with QB D. Harvin's best game of the season (135.4 QBR). A few times a Washington defender seemed to be in great position and yet Harvin still found a way to complete the pass.
In week 9 Dallas travels to TB to take on the Bucs while Washington remains on the road, visiting the Panthers.

Nice win Moe. Was there a play that stands out or determined the momentum of the game?

Two plays, actually. Both occurred with Washington driving. One was a sack by B. Carter which caused a fumble, recovered by D. Lawrence and the other was an INT by C. Mullins in the endzone to stop another drive...
