Georgia picks up 2 big commitments - ESPN #25 OLB Dominique Carter and #22 WR John Edwards decide to stay home and play for the Bulldogs. Edwards is a 6'7" WR with great acceleration and jumping ability. He will fit into the Bulldogs offense, as he can battle for deep balls against undersized CBs. Carter will probably redshirt in his first year so he can improve his strength numbers.

Damn I was hoping to steal Edwards with his week 6 visit. Apparently he decided not to wait.

He must have been excited about the opportunity for early playing time.

Georgia picks up a huge commitment in a position of need. #7 C Chris Ellis signed with the Bulldogs and will compete for a chance to start in his first year.

Georgia picks up another WR for their class, inking #6 WR Matt Tyson from central Florida. Both incoming receivers should battle for playing time in their first year.
