Georgia picked up some blocking help, signing 6'5" 265 pound blocking TE Josh Whitworth and adding #6 T Walter McDowell, who is a good pass blocker.

Georgia continues its success in Florida towns that have the word "city" in their name, by picking up #4 SS Aaron Tate from Plant City, FL. Tate will probably redshirt his first year, but could see playing time 1 or 2 years later.

After season 1, I was forced to evaluate my recruiting efforts and I decided vengeance for your poaching recruits from Georgia was more important than fielding a competitive team. @Ceewo

The win over Kentucky provided the confidence many recruits needed to make a commitment to Georgia football. Georgia picked up #8 ranked Guard Brad Dockery from Arizona in a heated race against Virginia Tech. Dockery is a huge man, at 6'7" 306, but he has A acceleration. The nation's 11th ranked DE, Terry Weber from Alabama will provide a pass rush off the edge, similar to TJ Stripling's contribution the past couple years. #19 OLB Robert Miller from North Carolina will provide some depth and cover skills. He may see some time in the nickel package. CB Eric Rice from Michigan is not the fastest corner, but has pretty good cover skills and ball skills. He may see time as a freshman. Georgia also picked up their first 5 star commitment of the season, Jonathon Deluca from Texas. Deluca doesn't have great straight line speed, but has excellent spin moves and jukes.

Coach AbolishtheFed uses some northeast Ohio connections to land the #1 overall prospect in this class, Antwan Taylor from Akron. It looks like Taylor will be moved to LB or SS, due to the size requirements.

Georgia finishes its recruiting class, picking up 6'8" 277 pound tackle Willie Allen from Kennesaw, Georgia. Allen has a good chance to see early playing time.
