Please vote for TWO CONFERENCES that you feel would be the best. As usual, I have a take here and I encourage you guys to post your take as well.

The ACC is a must-have. It has plenty of the types of teams that we selected for usage. We haven't used the ACC in a long time and personally I think a lot of the teams that are in there, and in our range, are very interesting. I would love to take a team from that conference. I almost didn't put it up for vote, and instead was going to just have you guys vote for the second conference, but I felt that was a bit more of a power play than I wanted to make. I strongly encourage including the ACC no matter what other conference we use, even the SEC - the recruiting wars would be incredible if we did that.

Each of the other conferences has a conference that is short of the required 3 teams in our 3-4 star range. I won't be editing conferences or moving teams etc. My plan to fix the problem is as follows:

If we use the ACC, I will give either jfosh or Twister the chance to choose a 5-star team in the other conference... (Arkansas/Wisconsin/Stanford) depending on who wants it etc. (NOT Ohio State or Penn State).... If they are both interested we will flip a coin. Fosh had the worst team and Twister struggled at times with Michigan. They had the worst winning %'s etc. If neither has interest I will volunteer to be a 2-star school unless somebody else prefers to do that. We will work it out. Also, if there is somebody picking that doesn't like the last available 3-4 star option they can go to a 2-star team if that is their choice. I for one would prefer UCLA to Utah, for instance.

While I am at it, here are the # of lottery balls that each head coach will have in I Peench 's machine. Based on titles/winning percentage, how good a team you had last year and in past years (jms's teams are always dominant), how straight I think you are, etc. FNG's are at the back of the pack sorry.

    Hellisan - 2
    Hotrod - 2
    MaxATX - 2
    MoGriffjr - 2
    Jman - 2
    bravejaf - 2
    JMS - 3
    mboda - 4
    smlVICTORIES - 4
    Gravity - 4
    Twister - 8
    jfosh - 8

Peench if you feel like hooking us up with a preliminary draft order (PM me) I'd appreciate it.

    I picked ACC/SEC.

The ACC is the most well-balanced conference for our setup. The SEC looks to have some sleeping giants, and it looks more competitive than the B1G (with the Legends division seemingly head-and-shoulders above the Leaders). One of the the PAC12 California schools could be cool, but I'm ready for a change of scenery and the ACC/SEC recruiting battles sound fun.

I went with ACC/B1G, though it was a tough call between B1G and SEC. ACC is the easy pick since each division has the right number of schools for our format.

Assuming we go with the Big Ten, is there anybody with interest in Indiana? Otherwise, I will probably offer either Twister or Fosher Penn State. This would be the first time Penn State has ever been run by someone other than JMS I think.

Ok, so the third vote was going to be the "how are we going to determine the draft order" vote... however, Peench had a good idea, Hotrod liked it, and that was enough for me. We did the lottery balls thing and here are the results of our draft order.

Not sure if you noticed before but because of winning percentages I am gonna give either you or Twister the opportunity to take a selected 5-star team....

Big Ten - Penn State - If we go with the Big Ten, Twister may very well pick Illinois (his favorite team). Then Penn State would be reserved for you... You two are the guys that struggled a bit and you particularly had a bad team to start... that is if you would be interested. I don't wanna screw somebody with a 2-star and that will happen if neither of you take one.

    SEC - Arkansas -

Yeah, Penn State's talent level is reasonably similar to the 3-4 star teams in the Big Ten. They will probably have some recruiting advantage; how much I don't know. I said in the OP I didn't want them in because frankly I'm sick of them, but OSU and WISCY are just too good.

Miami no, because in that division there are three (3) teams of 3-4 star prestige like we voted. That is why the ACC was so attractive.
