The Hokie defense lived up to the hype today, forcing 8 turnovers in a run away win against Florida State. Kyle Fuller led the defense with 3 interceptions, returning one for a touchdown. Eddie Whitley followed up with 2 of his own and Antoine Hopkins returned a fumble for a touchdown on an EJ Manuel sack that sent him to the sidelines for the remainder of the game.
David Wilson led the way for the offense, rushing for 240 yards on 24 carries and scoring 4 times on rushes of 4, 38 and 2 68 yard td's. QB Logan Thomas only had 5 completions but thats all that was needed as the defense and a strong run game are a staple of Virginia Tech Football, and continued to be so today.

    Final Score 45-10
Offensive player of the game: David Wilson 240 yards on 24 carries for 4 tds
Defensive Player of the Game: Kyle Fuller, 3 INT's 1 returned for a TD.

Hokie cornerbacks are showing their flash, with Fuller's performance today and Jayron Hosley returning 2 fumbles for touchdowns the previous week. The Hokies look to their next game against rival Boston College and hope to run the table for a potential rematch with the Seminoles in the ACC Championship game.
