Ditto. I can't remember the last time I played a lobby game, which is a good thing. I'm hoping some of the new guys get acquainted with the group so that we can see a lot more scrimmage action going on this year.
Stop playing because of that...Its a crap shoot tho, doesn't happen every game. I wanna know if the early release is the same glitchy shyt, or is it gonna be patched after downloading...if not, I will wait until Tuesday to pick mine up
If season pass was carrying over to the ps4 I would think about getting it, but not really worth it at this point. I wouldn't think they would allow that to happen via season pass though. Sure they'll have it patched up by then. Look forward to everyone's opinions of the game this weekend!
You guys have to understand that a demo is only a partial render of the game. That's not to say that some issues have been known to bleed over to the retail version but I would guarantee that EA will take better care of Madden than they have NCAA.
My take... They are professionals, they should take pride in there product...I don't care if its a demo, doesn't mean it should be half assed....The point of it is to get a sample of the real game, its supposed to entice you to purchase the full version...I look at it like, You go to costco and get a one of those samples that they have, spinach dip for example, its not gonna be some watered down version of the product, or else you wouldn't buy the whole jar. If the demo isn't show ready, keep it in the shop and skip it. If you are gonna have people pay for an early release, then it better better be 100%, no patching on the official release day is what I'm saying.
Very true I agree 100% the demo should be a better representation of the actual game. My honest opinion is that EA has too many irons in the fire so to speak. They put too much effort into trying to monopolize the entire sports game genre that the quality of their games suffers for it.
We have the power!!!! Lets all boycott, Just say no and not buy Madden 25..................Phck that shyt, I need my Madden! Hahahaha, I'ma fiend
Yep. The early release is the full-game. It's not dumbed down in any way, so there should be no invisible players. I'm guessing that was a product of EA carelessly throwing together a demo without extensively testing it. Guarantee they don't do that with the full game. If so, it will be patched immediately.
Well, lets be real. EA doesn't have to entice anyone. They already have their dedicated buyers, whether the demo is glitchy or not. That's why many people are still upset that EA has monopolized the NFL video market. No competition = IDGAF
EA needs to get with the program and realize that competition is good for the industry I mean look at Battlefield vs COD! BF3 is miles ahead of any of the COD games. I would personally like to see an NFL game made by Sony done to the tune of MLB The Show that would really put the pressure on EA.
Well, that's rather subjective. I prefer COD to battlefield, but lets not turn this into that debate. I've seen both sides of the argument enough times to last a lifetime. As for Sony, The Show is an incredible game....WHEN THEY ACTUALLY FIX THE MILLION AND A HALF GLITCHES THEY RELEASE THE GAME WITH. I've bought it for the last 6 years, and this year I was finally fed up with buying an incomplete product that wouldn't be playing for another month or two. Sold it at near-full price.
Right...COD is that Beast of FPS!!! Battlefield sucks monkey nutz (Online), ....I'm buying both for PS4 tho
Just to be fair I'm as big into the COD franchise as I am with Battlefield each has its strengths and weaknesses. As far as The Show is concerned the only thing 2K baseball had over them was better online play. Big picture point I'm making is without competition EA can release the worst football game ever produced and it will still sell because we have no other options.
Played 1 half of the demo last night. I played as the Seahawks against the Packers. From what I noticed in 1 half of play, the interaction between players on the line, as well as after the play is over, is MUCH improved. Definitely a step in the right direction. The only thing I didn't like too much was the pre-snap look. Hopefully there will be a way to focus closer to the line once the game drops. I like being able to see the whole field, but I don't want to have to squint to do it. Lol. That would be my biggest complaint, again, through 1 half of game play.
