    Depth Chart Question

Alright guys - what do you think of this?

My starting qb is out for the year.
I am using his backup for the remainder of the season.
The third string qb is a stud freshman that I am redshirting.

I have a strong safety slotted as the emergency qb. His rating as a qb (62) is actually higher than his safety position (59). He has 85 speed with 86 throw power and 84 accuracy. So he clearly has qb skills.

In the event that my second team qb gets hurt, is it okay to put in the safety to run the offense? or do i need to burn the redshirt of my other qb? even if the injury is a minor one?

IMO, like you said the Safety clearly has QB skills so there is no prob with that at all.

after looking at this safety's numbers, i will be moving him somewhere to offense in the offseason, since he sucks as a safety.

he has 82 catch, can throw it, and has decent, not spectacular speed.
after a redshirt year, he may be a useful player for me. he is currently the lowest rated player on my roster too.
