Arizonal Cardinals looking for a fresh start under a different QB and offensive coordinator.

    Keeping Fitzgerald happy is essential

Larry Fitzgerald is doing his best to wear a positive face but it's clear the Cardinals star is frustrated.
Arizona Cardinals must keep wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald happy

Cardinals must ensure star WR touches......

In case he forgot, we would like to remind Larry Fitzgerald that the end zone is 10 yards long and 53 1/3 yards wide. It is bordered by a white line and sometimes is used as a stage for celebratory hijinks.

But after talking to coach and defensive coordinator Alonso "ZO" Chavez it was easier said than done this past season. Coach ZO as he likes to be called said:

We are pretty much starting over from scratch when it comes to our offense, before the start of off-season. We have already found and agreed in principle to get our franchise QB, he is a young solid QB with plenty of experience. He is coming from a run first offense which is something we are trying to establish here too, but he will need to adjust to our weather. Becuz here in the desert we have dry dry heat and not humid heat to were he was. And as you can see from last year, our running game was pretty much there all season. We didnt rely on it as much as we will this new season, so if we can give our new addition at HB and HB Stephens some where around 200 touches. That should help take some pressure off our new QB while he gets the timing down with our WR's and in sync with our offensive line.

So with those news you should see WR Fitzgerald's reaction now:[IMG] Thanks God!!!!

And as for additions, cuts, trades, and draft preview....Here is a little pik inside the Coaches head.

Trades: We had to take a hit a DE to upgrade our QB spot. So next season DE/DT D. Dockett and C. Campbell will have a new home. Also our SS spot took a hit by Wilson also being traded. Those two positions had to be sacrificed in order to stay even with the division we are, as we have some potent offense's in the Rams and Seahawks.

But in return we were able to obtain a 1st rounder and QB, HB, FS, and OLB. So I can honetly say that our defensive line will be ok, having our rookie from last year Pierre-Paul starting opposite from OLB/DE Porter and maybe with a new addition at DT. Our d-line will be just fine.

As for our 1st round pick preview:

    He might look like this:

    So stay tuned.....
