I think there is a difference between being a good passer and a stat whore :)

pffft, high powered offense fool! If that were true, I would be leading in passing this year, but I am winning on the ground so passing has taken somewhat of a backseat. that and when I pull my starters and run the 2nd half out...

When I first joined with my weaker MSU team, I had to air it out just to win to cover for my defense.

My thoughts on each user ...

Khaalis: A good passer, but still forces too many passes that turn into interceptions that cost him games.
Mustang: Again, a good passer, but he forces too many that turn into interceptions that usually cost him games.
Gators: I've never played him, but all I know is he used to run the Texas Tech offense.

I voted for Sanders. He was my first user game in The Deuce and after a pretty slow first quarter I couldn't stop his passing attack at all. I agree about Khaalis, he is a very good passer but interceptions come back to bite him a little too often. Gators is also a very good passer, but I think Sanders has a slight edge. The only time I've played Mustang he was able to run the ball for most of the game, so I didn't get to see too much of his passing game.

my qb stats are lower, he is just my #1 and impact receiver. He wont win the Heisman, and I actually think my RB is a better Heisman candidate. He just has a good # of TDs. I think your receiver has more yardage.

Yeah, first thousand yard WR for Wake in like 6 seasons. I really hope he stays for his Senior season.

it is funny you mention the Heisman thing. I kept thinking it should be James and not my wr Chambers. When the awards semifinalists were listed, James was #1 for the maxwell and the other offensive award and I dont think chambers is even in the top 10. Some weird logic they have going on for the Heisman this season. Watch someone not even on the list or #5 right now will suddenly jump up and win it. I just dont get it some years.

that shit happens alot.. the guy at the top of the list rarely wins unless it is a runaway type of situation... if its close and your at the top.. your screwed...

on myself: I feel I am a good passer in the game. I've cut down dramatically on the mistakes, unless I'm playing @OMlawdog . Am I the best? I could argue that I am, but I feel I am top 3-5 passers in the game. I am more conservative, unless I see one-on-one and I trust my QB and WR to make the play.

ya I am more aggressive. Sure I get some ints but I also get some big time pass plays from it. I think my ints when I played you were from those notorious overthrows and with a freshman Hodges. I will force it on occassion, and you win some you lose some...

Yeah, you have torched me through the air on some games. I just try to mix up my coverages, so when you think I'm blitzing or am in man, I just drop into a zone. That one WR you had (I think he one the Heisman), Montgomery (?), he couldn't be stopped. You owned me with him.

I feel like i read coverages well, i just hold the ball way too long at times.. i would rather take a sack than throw a pick......

i feel like i am a decent to good passer but i hold the ball waay to long at times.. if i could get rid of it faster and trust my qb more i would be much more effective..
