Lawdogs team success speaks for itself, though I think Drifter should be a candidate...

I said Shaun. He hasn't been extremely noteworthy to date, but considering he started with Duke which was probably the worst team in the dynasty and after looking at that roster when I moved to the ACC he really brought that squad a long way through recruiting.

I would say Lawdog, but when 145 of the top 150 have you in the top 3 is it really that hard?

because i have a sick sense of humor.... he swore he wasnt even close to the worst... so i put him on the best list to see if he can get some votes.. i widely assumed people would vote for Shaun, Lawdog or BBJ though.....

I think I'm an okay recruiter. I have to be in order to compete with most of you guys. I don't rely on luck, though. A lot of you do and the game rewards you for it.

Which is why my classes are usually more well rounded (this year I have 1 :5stars: and 10 :4stars: already).

I'm always competing at least a star behind this year. Duke was a 6star after a fluke national title and I was a 4 star. Got to a 5star a few years later when everyone else was already at 6.

And by hijack, you must mean that I let you get timely x2s and random instant commits on visits.

Ya I typically dont try to go head to head with other users often. But when I do I win some I lose some. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes foolhardy... Some of those guys I know I probably wont get, but eveeery now and then I stick in it for the maybe and the entertainment value. Sometimes just playing the %s and by the numbers isnt as fun.

What's fun is having a top 15 class every year because despite your pitches and team prestige, you landed more quality guys than most. All made possible by playing the numbers and not wasting time on guys you aren't going to actually get. I take that time and put it into other guys and end up with deeper classes.

Recruiting with A&M last year was fun. Because I got to do both.

Well ya you get what I mean. Every year I usually have 1 guy who I am like well I probably wont get him but 'here goes nothing' on. I have actually won that guy a few times, but usually dont. and thats fun. I think my classes usually work out. I try and go for depth and filling team needs more than just getting the best guys. So my teams have been fairly well rounded and have been getting better each year.

I'm good at talent evaluation, but terrible at actual execution.

haha I was just messing with you. A few of my 90+ Wrs were :3stars:and Olinemen a plenty. Almost all my OLBs were :3stars:that came in mid 70s as freshmen and my HB Bullock. But a lot of that was from generous progression for what its worth. Getting tons of :5stars: isnt as fun to me, developing the 3*s is more fun

I dont really care what :3stars: a recruit is, i am all about his attributes... especially on defense, i need certain attributes to be really strong for the player to be effective in my 3-4 defense.... at HB, im more interested in their acceleration than i am their speed.

My vote goes to JR, I swear he goes through every damn recruit in the class and evaluates, finds diamond in the roughs, and executes on guys within his range.
