Yes but you are only allowed to accept an opening in one of the 3 conferences we are using and only if there is an opening in the conference. (example: If the USF coach is offered the Texas job, he cannot accept it if there is 4 users in the Big 12). Once we see how the Coaching Carousel works we will revisit this.

Basically my reasoning for that is because I wanted to know we had a solid group of SIM guys before I unleashed everyone to create some crazy ass playbook. I'm not saying anyone here will do that I'm just being careful. I have wanted this as much as anyone else and I have been convinced to possibly allow them. So for now, it is TBD. I'm going to see what rules are established for custom playbooks in other ODs before I make a final decision.

Yes and I apologize for that but the main reason I wanna keep everyone in the same 3 conferences is to make scheduling a lot quicker. This way I only have to throw a few user games together and go. But its not like no one can move up.

Mainly because hardly any OD on the site uses them and it seemed like the best ones for a 3* and lower OD. A lot more team choices.

You can use it to see what the player ratings are.

I had him transfer to my school in my one star dynasty last year. It folded due to lack of interest the offseason before he became eligible to play :(

How fun would an offense be that ran a hurry up in those sets. Four wide with orbit motion. Or a hurry up with d.Robinson as a slot wr who can take a double pass. Sorry tangent that I ran off on

that would be a deadly offense but if the wrong commish was given that ability to see your plays it would be bad.........good thing we dont have one of those

of course I would think you would have to submit it to him, and not him having the power to view everyone's playbook at their leisure.

However if we decide to do the custom PB's we will have to submit them to Perry in some form. Every league that uses them SHOULD do so to prevent cheesers with all empty sets combined with gator heavy and the like in order to design a cheese playbook. But, that's the shit that would lead to no custom playbooks, which would royally piss me off as I can finally design a power run playbook that I want.

In the end though the best part of this site is its all about SIM, cheesers will be handled with a quick exit.

As a rule of thumb, yes. There will be some that push it though, there always are. That's why these leagues are here though, to have fun and learn the TSO style.

P.S. Don't push Papa Perry, he's what I like to call a giant bag of douche. ;)
