The Seattle Seahawks came into this game with a 5-2 record and on 5 game winning streak. There confidence was riding high coming into this game. The Cardinals were just dominated to weeks ago against there division rivals they had this weeks matchup circled on there calendar.

The Cardinals recieve the ball 1st but go on a quick 3 and out. Arizona punts the ball but the rookie #86 Devonta Lumpkin gets leveled by Arizona's fullback Owen Marecic (one commentator said during the game "with a hit like that maybe he should be playing linebacker" ) he forces a fumble and the red birds get the ball back on Seattle's 41. The Cardinals move the ball into the redzone and fail to score a touchdown on 3 tries and were forced to kick a field goal taking the lead 3-0 in the 1st but Seattle's quarterback Mark Morgan moves the ball with know problem and tie the game up @ 3.

In the 2nd Logan Thomas looked cooler then the other side of the pillow (rip Stuart Scott ) moving the ball on this drive but on 1st and 10 on the 26 yard line Devin McCourty comes out of know where and picks off Logan Thomas. Two plays later on the 6 yard line Mark Morgan gets sacked by an untouched ROLb Tobi Asante for a safety. Making the score 5-3 before the half both teams shared an interception trying to get some points before the end of the half.

The Seahawks recieved the ball in the 3rd but in this quarter both teams couldn't put any points up on the board they played for field position majority of the quarter.

Both teams new they had to put some points on the board in the 4th quarter but both defenses played shutdown ball all game runningback Robert Turbin on the Seahawks final drive had his biggest run of the game for 17yds this gave the Seahawks a first down they kept feeding the work horse on 1st and 2nd down but on 3rd and 12 from Arizona's 21 Mark Morgan was sacked for a 6 yard loss but they were still in field goal range so on 4th and 18 Anthony Bautista nailed a 44 yard field goal which was his second on the day giving his team a 6-5 lead. The Cardinals got the ball with a 1:56 seconds left in the game and still had there 3 timeouts Logan Thomas put his team on his back showed off his 2minute offense completing several passes putting his team in field goal range and with 3 seconds left Dustin Hopkins made a 36 yard field goal giving his team a 8-6 win. Great game Doug... That safety was definitely the play of the game.. CHUNKNESS
