typically we don't bring those type of things into the dynasty...

we actually usually do "shipped rosters" and start with that. I don't want to hamstring anyone with future trades from RL. This is sim to the point of on the field and off season activities.. not necessarily real life rosters exact and all future trades accounted for.

Well, Denver does fine - they get to keep their first rounder that they traded to the Seahawks.

It's Seattle that you should feel for.

but how is that fair to a team that would benefit from a trade that involved a '11 pick? In all my experience with this type of thing, i've always had to end up saying "we play with what ships in the box..." because it can never be worked out.

well i "should have a pick in the '11 draft, but i wouldn't care....I think we could just say 10 and be happy...Most '11 picks are conditional pick late rd picks anyways. nobadoy trades high rd picks 2yrs in advance...

I vote that like always we play with the shipped teams and start fresh, no draft picks are moved anywhere except for trades that get made after we start.

Too much of a pain to try and move the picks around.
