Good stuff. I'm liking what I see.
That is some good footage, ready to see some dynasty gameplay.
Why 3 of the post showed up idk lol.
merged this into thread already started with the same content.
I like the stamina bar at the bottom.
While I love the pregame, the only thing I dislike is that it shows stuff from that game. Maybe if it showed like say Michigan and whoever they played the week before or something, or just some cool warmups and stuff. Glad they've changed it and now its only got room to improve from feedback hopefully.
I agree. That doesn't make any sense to me why they'd do that. From what I've read NBA2K does this too (I don't play it) and EA probably just copied them, but it's really stupid. My only hope (and this is something that I just made up and is almost certainly wishful thinking) is that they will show "highlights" from previous dynasty games (like Michigan/ND and OSU/Mizzou or something) in dynasty, but in a play now game there is no history to use for context so they just show the 2 teams involved.
Hopefully, that's why I stated I want to see some dynasty footage, plus I want to see some dynasty stat overlays and studio updates
Good to see the cpu run the option well. Man coverage doesn't look to be overpowered, ie mirroring routes. Blocking looks better on kickoff returns. And it was good to see the osu linebackers flow on the counter play.
I like how much simplified the menu screens are. I'm hoping this is an earlier build then the final, on the pitch play at 5:08 the pulling guard just ignores the linebacker he is supposed to block, and that guy makes the play. Nice to see the CPU run the option correctly.
FIFA does this as well.
Actually he does his job he gets the rub on lineman and moves to second level play was messed up bc TE didn't get lb
This is the one thing that stuck out to me too. Doesn't make sense to show me clips from a game that ha ant been played.
It also looked to me on the late option that the QB was dangerously close to have the pitch picked off. It also looked like he had an open hole originally that he passed up.
That stuff aside, I'm encouraged by the CPU running and blocking. If the coverage is fixed we should be able to gt competitive games from the CPU and not have a bunch of 60-50 games
