Logan Thomas will probably be the first player ever in EA history to have their ratings drop :(

Top 3 teams in lobby games: Oregon, Texas AM, and Clemson.

I've gotta think his rating comes a lot for his ability. The games I've seen he's as dangerous of a receiver as he is a running back.

Haha that's fair, but at least they gave Lee 90 SPC and 93 CIT. Miller's best ability is his elusiveness, so for that to be relatively low is a bit disappointing. Not to mention I think he has higher top-end speed than Manziel as well

If there's a 1% chance Clowney can be swayed into returning, I call bullshit.

The one guy that stands out to me on that list is Braxton Miller. IMO he is overrated. He's an elite runner, but no where near the passer that Murray/Boyd/McCarron and many others are. I know he spent a bunch of time with QB guru George Whitfield, but until we see result on the field a 96 OVR is way too high. My guess is EA boosted his passing attributes just to make him a top player. I personally don't care about Overall ratings much, but I edit rosters and have to deal with hearing about it. In reality all I want is for guys to play as true to form as they can. Braxton Miller should have throwing power no higher than 89 and accuracy no higher than 84. It's his ridiculous pocket presence and juking that makes him awesome. His agility is what translates to him being so electric in the game. Was kind of surprised Louis Nix didn't make the cut. That guy is a damn man child.

With only two passing ratings in this game (idk why the hell Madden has 5 or 6 and we are stuck at two for multiple years now...) I think that when there is a high separation between throw power and throw accuracy that is when the QB can struggle with his accuracy. I could be completely making this up, but that's at least what I've experience. So when Miller has 91 THP (he does have a strong arm) and 84 accuracy (he does struggle in general with accuracy) I think it's about right. If this were Madden's ratings however, and we could have Short/Medium/Long throw accuracy and a throw on the run rating there would be a better differentiation between these quarterbacks and Miller's accuracy ratings would dip across the board.
