Offense: After a year where Nick Foles threw 40 (yes that is no typo) interceptions, the Eagles decided to go in a different direction with the offense. In comes David Culley, former Kansas City Chiefs WR coach and someone who was part of the Eagles organization from 1999-2012. Said Coach Chip after the hiring: "It will be a different approach to the fast paced offense that I am used to, but with Lesean in the backfield we think it's best if we go with a more balanced approach while also featuring Nick under center a lot more." Culley was elated to be back with the Eagles organization as he finally gets the offensive coordinator job he's been dreaming of. Defense: Eagles went and decided on bringing in the Steelers' former defensive assistant to take control of the defense. As a former NFL linebacker, Jerry Olsavsky brings with him the experience needed to mold this team as he sees fit. With the Eagles being tagged to take a rookie LB in the draft by draft guru Cimmy, this move makes even more sense as Olsavsky can teach the youngin' a thing or two. Look for Michael Kendricks and Jelani Jenkins to benefit the most out of this move.
