OLine Issues For Arizona The cards line has been in a tail spin lately giving up 10 sacks in 3 games. They have also only rushed for a total of 133 yards. GM Krobot said "We will make some changes no one job is safe. I we can not protect the QB we do not stand a chance."
Swearinger A Bright Spot For Cardinals While some questioned the move of "The Honey Badger" for DJ Swearinger it now looks like the move has paid off. DJ is 4th on the team in tackles, two forced fumbles and one INT. He is looking to keep his high level of play up and break this two game losing streak where both sides of the ball have been at fault.
Arizona Wins In OT This game would prove to be a thriller. The Lions would jump out to a 10-0 lead on Arizona. Payton would respond back with a deep ball 49 yards to TJ Graham. The next big play would come from Larry Fitzgerald as Manning would find him to put them inside the 10. Donald Brown would punch It in as time expired to give the Cards the lead at half. In the second half, The Lions would take the lead back, but Arizona would tie it with a FG with 1:45 left in the game. The Lions would throw a deep back to Magatron as time expired, but he would be stopped at the 1. In overtime it looked like we would have the first tie of the HK season, but with about 4 minutes left in Lions territory the Cards would roll the dice and go for it on 4th down and they would find success as Manning would find his favorite target in this game Graham for the 1st down. This would end up leading to a game winning FG byMedlock. GG BG TJ Graham TD reception
Peterson chasing history Going into week 15 Peterson will be looking to add to his lofty interception numbers. This season he has only 7 tackles but he has 10 INTs 4 in the last two game. If he keeps this pace up he can break tie oe maybe even break Dick Lane's record of 14 INTs in one season.
Card Wheeling and Dealing A couple of deals have gone down in the past 12 hours as we approach the draft, which is just 6 and a half hours away. The first trade was quite a shocker for Cards fans as they agreed to send speedy Cordarrelle Patterson to the Bills for a 1st and 3rd round picks. Later on in the day the Cards came to terms with the Ravens on a deal that seems to replace the freshly traded Cordarrelle Patterson. Arizona sent their 2nd round pick in next year's draft for the 6'5 26 year old Marlon Brown. When GM John Krobot was asked about the recent trades he said "We just needed a bigger target for our franchise QB Canyon to throw to. We loved having Patterson on our roster, he did nothing but great things and we wish him nothing but the best with the Bills." We will have to see if Arizona decides to pick up another WR with one of the picks they received.
