After a disappointing season that saw the Bucs miss the playoffs for the first time since Ryan Hight took over as owner u can expect some big changes. While head coach V. Stranger is on a hot seat his job appears safe at the moment. But today the Bucs parted ways with their offensive coordinator Mike Sullivan and have hired hall of famer Brett Farve to call the plays in Tampa. Also it is being reported that Doug Martin is being shopped around for young offensive lineman and/or draft picks in this years draft (PM ME OFFERS ON GROUPME) Also even though B. Jones is still on the staff as trainer it appears Hight is looking to grab a better trainer at the first chance he gets.
And with that being said the Bucs and Raiders have agreed to terms of a trade that will send Martin to Oakland in exchange for 2 2nd round picks and a young Center who start for Tampa this year.
