I think I put up the 3rd most and lost. Finally have a good week. And I left Glauber on my bench who scored 10 actually my fantasy defenders scored both of the goals while I was there this weekend. Morrow scored the equalizer for San Jose.
I only got half that, but a win's a win. Hope everyone has backup plans for international call ups this week, they should be flagged in the game.
As if I didn't hate Chicago enough, they're KILLING me in fantasy. Thought Rolfe and Berry might be decent options, boy was I wrong.
Last week was tough, all 3 of my subs were on intl duty, and I had to start Brad Davis even though he was away too, plus the two guys that didn't play. Intl windows are tough, but the byes are manageable with the two transfers per week, just have to make sure your bench players get playing time.
Not sure if maybe this is HokieNYC or hokie79, but I was looking thru fantasy sports on ESPN and noticed the #1 person on the MLS leaderboards was "MetroHokie"... would be pretty cool to have a fellow TSO'er atop the fantasy MLS leaderboard!
Damnit, forgot to set my lineups this weekend Hopefully it auto subs Le Toux in for Rolfe and Morrow in for Glauber.
Any of you guys play the 3 Goal Monte game on MLS? You try to pick 3 goalscorers each week and build a streak. It's challenging but fun. I created a group if you are interested in playing. Group name: TSO Monte pw: tradition
Will Bruin had a hell of a week. Unfortunately he was only my vice captain Wondo had a solid week as captain though. I've been going to Crew games, and watched almost every one and damn they are a frustrating team. The loss to New York last week was brutal. And of course I got seat upgrades to field level to see Higuain have his penalty saved It was really cool to hear how they communicate, and to see Henry play. The little shit like that impresses me. There were at least 7 different languages out there on the field, so it's just really neat to see how they all communicate and get their point across. Jairo Arrieta for the Crew is a fiery little shit too. He was pretty funny to watch after any stoppage in play.
