I have seen that as well. Unfortunately nothing we can do about that. At least the right team gets the ball.
Ive noticed that when I intercept the ball, a CLIPPING PENALTY WAS CALLED on a defensive player afetr, and opponent was given a fresh set of downs and my INT was taken away....
Clipping is a personal foul, and if committed before the INT, the offensive team should receive a 1st down regardless. One time occurrence, or repeated?
What if the ball was picked tho, and it happened immediately after? Just going by the audio...Defensive players don't get call for tripping, unless there has been a turnover and they are now considered offense on the return. Just seemed strange to me, throwing my 2 cents in on kookiness seen on the game so far.
I agree. Last year i picked a ball off in the endzone...bounced off a player near the 1 and got hit into the endzone for a safety. FIgure that out.
I had something almost like that in a scrim in this years game. Talib made a jumping INT and his momentum carried him into the endzone where he lost his balance was tackled and a safety was called.
This happened yesterday in lions game. Suh cut a lineman after interception. Interception stood and 15 yards were assessed at the point of interception.
