    Florida Season Preview

QB T. Tebow-Jr 2007 Heisman Trophy Reciepiant...surely to piss off
    off all opposing teams!

    HB C. Rainey-Jr
    J. Moody-So
    J. Demps-Fr Upcoming rising freshman star--too fast...too much

WR B. James Replacement for P. Harvin...more than fits the bill
    D. Nelson
    C. Moore Good luck...trying to contain this receiver
    D. Thompson-Fr Great speed and awareness...quickly emerging as a
pass favorite...GATORS will use him throughout the
    Shotgun formation...and in other capacities
    R. Cooper-Jr A great compliment to the receiving corps...speedster
    with uncoupling awareness

The offensive line remains in-tact, with additions being made by way of the next great recruiting class. What high school stand-out would not want to be a part of this great collegian tradition!

The defense is anchored by DEs J. Trattou-So, C. Dunlap-So, and
    E. Okine-Fr (who plays like a seasoned vet)

    The ferocious denfense rush is supplied by T. sanders-So, M. Patchan-Fr, and J. Howard-Fr

The linebacking corps is rooted by the All American B. Spikes-Jr, with help from L. Edwards-So, Brandon Hicks-So

The Gator pass defense is tailored to J. Haden-So, M. Anderson-Jr,
    J. Jenkins-Fr

With special contributions from the SS A. Black-So, W. Hill-Fr; and hitmen
    FSs M. Wright-So & J. Williams-So

The community and world-at-large is excited about the emergence of the NEW FLORIDA GATORS...so please, come on in, take your shoes off, and sit down to a wonderful helping of GATOR stew...with your chef RENEGADE-ICE.

Whoo.oo.oo-oo.oo-oo (that the gator anthem) for those who don't know!

Tebow gets alot of the publicity, but that defense is straight up boss. With guys like Dunlap, Spikes, Jenkins, and Haden, its gonna b hard to do much against the Gators. Im not gonna lie, i will have my hands full when my Mizzou Tigers walk into the Swamp this year

    Florida Season Preview (Year 2)

    OFFENSE
With QB T Tebow leaving for the pros, the OFF is anchored by Jr QB John Brantley and Fr. sensation QB Jordan Reed. The Gators possess possibly the best 1-2 combination in collegiate football in RBs Jeff Demps and Chris Rainey. Each of these HBs are a threat to amass over 100 yds a game...consistently. The WR corps is led by WR Deonte Thompson who is being looked upon to post hugh numbers this year, and especially after losing Percy Harvin and Riley Cooper to the NFL. The OFF line is anchored by the All-American twin brothers we refer to as "M&M"...C Maurkice Pouncey and RG Mike Pouncey.

    DEFENSE
The DEF line is anchored by Sr Caption, Carlos Dunlap...a beast at LE. Aiding Dunlap on the other side is RE Justin Trattou. Trying to run to the outside of these two defenders is not a easy task, as they are supported by the hellacious pass rush of DTs Lawrence Marsh and Terron Sanders. Leading the DEF in providing aerial coverage are All-Americans CBs Janoris Jenkins and Joe Haden. Rounding out the DEF secondary is All-American Sr SS Ahmad Black.

    OVERVIEW
The Gators high powered offense is fueled by the play of RBs Jeff Demps and Chris Rainey...add in a heathly dose of RB Emmanuel Moody in the mix, and you have the makings of a very, very long day for defending defenses. Also, look for the emergence of stardom from Fr sensation QB Jordan Reed, as he appears to be gaining both confidence and skill in leading this Gator team back to national prominance and the BCS Championship, especially after the departure of QB John Brantley. The Gators have all the tools in place to be successful in both endeavors. We look forward to covering this team on the field and watching their season unfold within the BCS ranks. Skill matched with speed is a deadly encounter...and the Gators will prove to be very deadly this season!
