Never in coach Kris Mims career has he endured a loss of more than 14 points, let alone back to back road losses of 21 and 29 points. So coach mims decided to take matters into his own hands.

In a move of epic porportions he has decided to fire both the OC and DC of the Baltimore ravens and will be playcalling on both sides of the ball for the remainder of the year. A Ravens defense that lead the league in least yards allowed two years ago is suddenly 18th overall.

On offense Joe Flacco has found the end zone only one time, while tossing 5 int. The Ravens have a league low 40 points scored in 4 games.

"Our goal is to compete day in and day out, I feel that the offense lack of intensity is carrying over to our ball hawking defensive scheme. That had to change" Mims said.

"At the end of the day it falls completely on me, I am the first to go in and last to leave. I get fired if things dont go right., now I am in complete control"
