Time to fill out the rest of your rosters ladies, I'll try to explain the process as best I can.

    1. Go to Front Office then FA Bidding to find the player you want
    2. Click the + sign next to the player, just like you always have, to try and sign them.
    3. Negotiate proper terms with the player.
    4. You cannot negotiate the amount of years, the player/overall determines this.
    5. You will see the highest bid next to the player in the FA Bidding screen - this should be anonymous
    6. We will close the first free agency period sometime between 9pm-11pm EST Wednesday. Thats two full days to make your free agency bids. It is set within a range to avoid "sniping." If we set it to a hard date/time, everyone would wait until the very last moment to try to get a bid in. This is unavoidable.
    7. After the first free agency period closes, we will open the new season. Expect to be able to play week 1 games starting Thursday morning. We will run another free agency period, just like the first one, after the season kicks off so that lower priority players still get signed.
    8. After the second free agency period, free agency becomes first come first serve.
    9. The first advance, assuming we start Thursday morning, will be Sunday afternoon. Then we will resume our normal advance schedule - 3 times a week.
I hope that all makes sense. If you have questions, please ask.

what about garbage spots to fill our roster? Shouldnt the 2nd period just be first come first serve

If you're signing garbage players - what difference does it make? People aren't likely to outbid you during the first period for those players.

If all the other free agents were not deleted owners would not be so desperate.

I won't be able to start the season because I will be under the minimum. Even the garbage guys are getting bids, I'm not bidding for some garbage backup that will never play. I just want a bum to fill the spot lol
