How do you guys want to handle Free Agency? There is always a need for some type of system at the start of each season, so we need something there. However, once that first "burst" gets sorted out it will be a free for all of course.

Broth and I have discussed it, and have something in mind- but I want to see what you guys think/you can come up with.

I had something else to bring up, but I forgot...

Maybe a private auction, people can PM you with who they want and how much they are willing to spend? Or do a Free Agency draft. Lowest 2013 record all the way to best record. People don't have to draft but the option is there.

I like the idea of a draft. Bidding wouldn't work because no matter what the contract is predetermined (or at least I'm pretty sure it was last year).

start with worst overall rated team and then go to best.

So a team like the jags pics earlier than the texans even though the texans had the number 1 pick last year because the texans have more talent already.

I'm leaning towards draft- can anyone think of any negatives to doing a draft?

*where do teams who didnt have a draft pick get to pick? (redskins for example)
*do teams who had multiple draft picks get to pick more than once? (rams? browns)
*teams who arent the lowest rated picking after teams who are better than them

I would do it by team overall ratings I think. Matching overalls would just get randomized.

2 rd draft and then waiver the rest of the season.
