    FSU Penalty

    Here it is guys:

    This Year:

FSU can only sign three star and below for the rest of the year and off-season. They may not have anyone higher on their board.

If we institute any bonuses for achievement, FSU is excluded.

Historically, any league championship or bowl win this year will be vacated, and the other team will be shown as the winner.

    Next Year:

Baker gets buried for two years. He may not, for any reason, see the field. FSU may redshirt. If he stays, FSU may play him. Any instance of him getting a touch before the time is up will result is his removal from the team.

Bonus guys are off limits next year.

Next year, FSU may only sign the number leaving. (Can't hold this year's scholarships for next year.)

Yikes! Let this be a lesson...The Commish must make decisions and the tough ones are hard to do but I'll back AG on this.

I think this is fair and appropriate.

Fair ruling. If he does it again, make him use FIU from now on(y)

Tough, but fair. This year's FSU class will be down. Next year's class will be average. Not a death penalty by any means. Baker's stay/leave decision over the next 2 seasons sure makes a difference. By the time he's a rsSO he's going to be an animal, and have 3 years left. Imagine the drama if he transfers to another user. ND still wants you!

Also, whether this was intended or not, Florida and Miami stand to benefit the most from FSU having to scale back recruiting. And that's fair given that they were hurt the most by the recruiting ramifications of the offense.
