The winner of each game (or user if playing the CPU) must post a short game summary following their game. The summary must include the following:
    • Game Score
    • Key Team Stats
    • Key Individual Stats
    • Notes
This can be as basic or as simply as you would like to make it. However, the more engaging the posts are, the more invested other users will be in this thread and the league in general. Its up to you how much effort you want to put into it.

Here are some links to help out your summaries:

The Falcons pulled off a 21-18 victory that was a total TURNOVER FEST. While the Falcons Matt Ryan through THREE interceptions, John Skelton played even worse throwing FIVE interceptions, including the game deciding pick six late in the third quarter that gave the Falcons a 21-10 lead. The Cardinals scored with 3 minutes left on a TD pass to Larry Fitzgerald, however, the Falcons were able to grind out two key first downs to run the clock out to victory.

Neither team got much of a running game going with Michael Turner rushing for a little over 70 yards on 21 carries. Beanie Wells and Ryan Williams both ran for only 40 yards a piece.

Matt Ryan overcame his 3 picks throwing 2 TDs, one to Tony Gonzalez, the other to Julio Jones. Roddy White led the game with 6 catches and 123 yards including a 40+ yard bomb late in the 2nd quarter to set up the Falcons first TD with only 5 seconds left in the half.

This game was about the Falcons defense who had 5 INTs and 5 sacks.

    Good game,@Crunk_Ness

Jets win a weird one versus St. Louis. In a game of tipped touchdowns, tipped interceptions, and safeties, the Jets were able to pull of a road victory. Tim Tebow was picked of thrice by random tips that not even Jesus could have seen happening. Containing charisma, luck, and a whole lot of god, two other passes were tipped and corraled in the end zone by Santonio Holmes, giving him 3 TD's on the night! Shonn Greene was definately the player of the game. He came out and torched the Rams run defense by trucking them for carries over 60 yards. The Jets David Harris returned for this game and Yeremiah Bell had to leave for a concussion. Jets 37, Rams 7.

Tim Tebow: 341 yards, 4 TD(1 Rushing) and 3 intercepitons

    Shonn Greene: 24att 176 yds

Sam Bradford: 182 yards, 1 TD and 1 Int

Matthew Mullagan: 5 catches, 72 yards

    Yeremiah Bell: FF and Int

    Laron Landry: FF

San Diego, CA - Vince Young makes his first start of the season throwing 17-28 233 yards 2 TDs, 1 int. Early on the Broncos and Peyton Manning's frustrating at the line audibles would see the Broncos jump out to a 17-0 lead. Chargers are able to march opening the second half behind huge catches from WR Malcolm Floyd who finished the game with 6 Catches for 118 yards and 1 TD. Antonio Gates also found the endzone, and while RB Ryan Mathews did not post the same gawdy numbers he did last week, he scored as well.

    Final Score

    Chargers - 24
    Broncos - 17

Note: EA really made Peyton Manning cheesy and annoying. He literally waits until there is 8 seconds every play clock, flipping plays 3 times in one down, making CBs playing man coverage glitch. Note sure what anyone elses thoughts are on him...but i hope he retires soon

Niners Win a Brutal Defensive Battle

The 49ers pulled out their 6th straight victory 6-0 with pure defense. Despite dropping 6 INT's the 49ers held the Chicago Bears scoreless and record their 2nd straight shutout. The only offensive bright spot for the 49ers was Frank Gore who eclipsed 100 yards again. The Bears main offense was Darren Sproles who combined for 87 yards with receiving and rushing. Both teams had 2 takeaways on the day. It was a hard hitting, physical, brutal game. But that is just the way the Niners like it. The turning point of the game could of been when Aldon Smith completely killed Michael Bush and forced a fumble in the 3rd Quarter when the Bears were in the Niners territory.

    C. Kaepernick- 9/20, 118 yards, 2 INT
    F. Gore- 20 att, 112 yards, 0 TD
    V. Davis- 4 Rec, 63 yards, 15.7 avg
    P. Willis- 8 tackles, 2 TFL
    R. McDonald- 3 tackles, 2 TFL, 1 Sack

    D. Brees- 16/33, 159 yards, 1 INT
    D. Sproles- 10 att, 39 yards, 7 Rec, 48 yards
    B. Urlacher- 4 tackles, 1 INT
    G. Hayes- 6 tackles, 2 TFL

Well Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen we want to welcome you again to the post game wrap-up Coach J will will be with you momentarily.

Coach J: Welcome all first on want to start off saying good game to the Jaguars they have got a good team over there. They had us on the ropes early but luckily this game is a four quarter thing.

We came out of this one injury free which is a good thing. That kid Gabbert is going to be good. MJD is still as good as advertised we had to stack the box in order to get him slowed down.

Some stats for the day Matt Schaub led us again with a good performance he was 12-17 for 177 yards with 2 touchdowns. Maurice Morris our latest pickup had a great day for you fantasy owners when he carried the ball 22 times for 149 yards and 1 touchdown. He did have one long run of 73 yards that we welcomed.

Ive got some stats here for the Jags MJD went 15 for 95 again like I stated earlier it was all we could do to contain him. Luckily Gabbert and MJD had a few turnovers that forced the Jags to put the ball in the air instead of the ground and pound that they started with. Blaine Gabbert was 12 of 30 with 2 tds as well as 2 ints one for a pick six late in the second quarter. MJD also fumbled one at the end of the second quarter that would allow us to get a lead of 28-7 going into the half and getting the ball back at the beginning of the third.

Overall we had a balanced game rushing for 184 yards and passing for 170.

Thanks to my defense again who showed up and allowed us to play our game. Our leader Brian Cushing caused a big turnover with that lights out hit he put on MJD. Brian led us today with 7 solo tackles.

All together it was a solid performance. I think the turning point was the 28 unanswered that we were able to put up between the second and third periods of play.
    44-14 Texans

Lions tame Packers 23 to 17
A tale of two halves as Detroit finally shows up to play and shuts down the Packer offense[IMG]
This game was a defensive battle that contained numerous red zone stoppages, turnovers at critical moments, and had a few big busted plays that resulted in the 3 td scores on the day ... The first quarter seemed to be a feeling out process by both teams and the Pack started the scoring with a FG i the 1st qtr of play ... Detroit would match the score at 3 to 3 after a Hanson FG midway through the 2nd qtr ... as the first half wound down, Benson plunged in for a 2 yd TD run bringing the score to 10 to 3 ...Lions decided they would try to move the ball down field but their efforts went unanswered and gave the ball right back to the Pack ... Discount Double Check hit Jennings on a post in which Detroit went "diving Ivan" and the DBs took themselves out of the play ... Pack up 17 to 3 as the half came to a close
First play of the 2nd half and Stafford hits Calvin Johnson who blew past the Green Bay secondary for an 80 yd TD pass ... The Pack once again drove into the Lions red zone but this time Amari Spievey was able to pick off Rodgers and prevent another score ... The start of the 4th quarter and Mikel Leshoure takes the pigskin off tackle as the Lions offensive line sealed the block ... Mikel also did of the work as he broke a few tackles on his way to a 77 yd TD run ... Ball game is all tied up at 17 ... On Green Bay's very next possession, N. Suh broke into the backfield to blow up Benson who fumbled the ball and was scooped up by Detroit ... Green bay defense stifled the Lions yet again and Detroit settled for a chip shot FG ... Green Bay would get the ball back and sputtered with 3:20 left in the game and thought best to punt the ball since they were on their own 35 yd line ... Detroit offense continued to pound the ball and grind out the clock and with :25 seconds left added another FG ... score 23 to 17 ... The Lions would kick off but drama ensued as the Packers deep man would cut the ball back and run the ball to midfield ... one more Lion to beat and he was gone however dreams were crushed today! The Green Bay offense made two hail mary attempts that both went unanswered allowing Detroit to pull off the upset at home today ... Great battle with more to come ... GG thoov08

    - Saints came into the game 5-4 and still showed a demand for excellence after the embarrasing beating the Eagles gave them in Week 9.
    - Jay Cutler was not great to say the least.
    - Matt Forte had a below average game with under 100 yards but had a TD
    - The defense was the strong point in the game as they forced two fumbles that were ran back for TD's by D. Hawthorne and P. Robinson
    - Overall, coach Copeland was happy with his team saying "it wasn't exactly the way I wanted it from start to finish, but anytime you can go into a hostile environment such as this one here in Oakland, you have to be pleased with your guys effort."
    - Final Score: 35-17
    - Next week, the Saints travel to San Fran. to face Ninersfan80 and the 49ers
    Key Stats
    Jay Cutler: 12-20, 110 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT
Matt Forte: 25 att, 96 yards, TD
Jimmy Graham: 5 rec, 41 yards
Jed Collins: 1 rec, 18 yards, TD

Cowboys win a close one at home, hang on 28-23
    Romo: 15-21 273 yds, 4 TD, 1 int
    Weeden: 16-23 273 yds 2 TD

    Murray: 14-65

    Bryant 5-99, 1 TD
    Witten 5-107 1 TD
    Ogletree 1-10 1 TD
    Austin 2-56 1 TD

    Massaquoi 2-107, 1 TD
    Watson 3-29
    Cameron 1-6, 1 TD

    Coleman 4 tackles, 1 sack
    S. Lee 5 Tackles

    Skrine 1 Tackles, 1 Sack
    Haden 1 Tackle, 1 Int
    N. Collins 7 Tackles

Romo had another good night, throwing for 273 passing yards and 4 TD’s. (Bryant, Austin, Witten, Ogletree each with a TD) the ground game was ok, but nothing too flashy. More importantly the Dallas Defense stiffened up when the Browns drove into the redzone. This was really needed because the Browns marched up and down the field on the Cowboys all afternoon. The Brown only punted once and didn’t turn the ball over at all, but the Cowboy’s defense forced them into 3 redzone field goals while their own offense capitalized with touchdowns. This ended up being the difference in the game today.

Weeden was on his game today completing over 70% of his passes and throwing for 270 yards and 2 TD’s including a beautiful hitch route to Massaquoi from their own 6 yard line. He broke the first tackle, juked the second and raced down the sideline for a 94 yard touchdown which almost broke the will of the Dallas Defense. The Cowboy offense was able to pick them up tonight though in a closely battled contest.

    Game Notes:
Romo – 2nd straight game with 4+ TD passes
Second game in which Bryant, Witten, Austin & Ogletree recorded a TD Recpetion
Ware held without a sack for only the second time this year.

    Next up: Redskins
