The winner of each game (or user if playing the CPU) must post a short game summary following their game. The summary must include the following:
    • Game Score
    • Key Team Stats
    • Key Individual Stats
    • Notes
This can be as basic or as simply as you would like to make it. However, the more engaging the posts are, the more invested other users will be in this thread and the league in general. Its up to you how much effort you want to put into it.

Here are some links to help out your summaries:

    Titans Rebound Against Browns

After suffering defeat at the hands of the division rival Jaguars, the Titans responded but running over the Browns 27-9 at home. Jake Locker rebounded from his three turnover game to throw for two scores and 242 yards, though he did throw another interception. Coach Maniac was still frustrated by his teams play, "We didn't close it out until CJ hit a home run. Locker isn't playing at the level we want him to play at. His completion percentage is below average though a lot of that can be attributed to drops. The receivers aren't playing up to snuff. It's going to be a long season if we can't stop the turnover bug."

The game started off with a Rob Bironas field goal which was answered by a Phil Dawson field goal for the Browns. Locker connected with Mariani to put the Titans up 10-3 with two minutes left in the half. But Jason Campbell marched the Browns down field for a field goal and went into the half down by 4.

The third quarter was slow for both teams as only the Titans scored with a field goal. The fourth started off quickly for the Titans as Locker connected with Nate Washington for a 58 yard score. Then after a turnover on downs towards the end of the quarter for the Browns, Chris Johnson busted a 76 yard run for a score to put the Titans up 27-6. Phil Dawson hit a field goal with less than 30 seconds left to make the last score.

In a bright spot for the Titans Jared Allen and Kamerion Wimbley recorded their first sacks on the season. And after dropping multiple interceptions last week Alterraun Verner picked off Jason Campbell. Coach Maniac and the Titans look forward to next weeks game in Atlanta.

Arizona's Defense comes up big in win over division rival Seattle Seahawks!! Live from the desert is Coach Crunk_Ness after the big defensive performance his squad put together against a solid team in the Seatlle Seahawks "Well defensively we did exactly what we wanted to do in stopping "Beast Mode" Marshawn Lynch and containing Little ole Russel Wilson's ability to make big plays with his feet. I love what we did defensively and know that if we can continue to play well on defense the offense can manage to do the rest". The game started off with a sack fumble return for a TD by B. Mebane on the very first play of the game. Not the way Arizona expected to start off but on the ensuing kick off Big Patrick Peterson returns it to the house for 94 yard TD return to ignite the crowd. At the half the Seahawks trailed 28-7 after they failed to muster any productivity on either side of the ball. In the 2nd half it was all about the Cards defense as they held the Seahawks to only 99 yards total offense. J. Skelton proved to be a good game manager with the lead and hopes to continue to be able to play with the lead. Arizonas 2 young RB's R. Willims and D. Richardson showed tremendous upside helping the Cardinals run for 105 yards total and prove that there is an open competition in Arizona for the #1 RB position. The Cardinals head into a bye week on a 2 game win streak preparing for another division game on the road against the red hot Rams.

The Falcons continued their winning ways with another stout defensive effort. Again forcing 3 turnovers, they left Matt Ryan with plenty of short fields to work with. Matt Ryan did not disappoint, having 3 TDs, 2 to Roddy White. He also threw 1 INT. The Bears only touchdown was on a fumble taken to the house.

Michael Turner finally had a decent game, gaining over 100 yards rushing on the day, although it took him 29 carries to do so.

The Bears could not get anything going on offense, especially on the ground where they only gained 20 yards.

The Falcons were also pleased to announce the extending of Michael Turner for 6 years prior to the game,

Chiefs Win Wild One At Lambeau
    Picture 1.png

GREEN BAY, Wi. -- In a game featuring two of the best teams from last season, they did not disappoint. The Kansas City Chiefs scored a last second fumble return to upend the defending champs, 31-24. The Chiefs picked up their first win of the season, while the Packers fell to 0-3.

A scoreless game thru one quarter, the Chiefs struck first in the beginning of the second. Jamaal Charles got the Chiefs down to the one but left after injuring his collarbone. On the next play, LaRod Stephens-Howling ran it in for the TD.

After a few holding calls, the Packers were backed up on their own endzone. On 3rd down Rodgers dropped back, only to be sacked by backup SS Don Carey for the safety. With the Chiefs looking to go up 16-0, the Packers defense would step up. Matt Cassel was sacked and LB Desmond Bishop would return the fumble 71 yards for the TD.

On the Chiefs next possession, Cassel would find rookie WR Khiry Donaldson for a 65 yard TD to increase the lead to 16-7. The Packers would add a field goal right before half to cut the Chiefs lead to 16-10.

The Chiefs opening drive of the second half would prove disastrous. A.J. Hawk would pick off a Matt Cassel and return it for a score, giving Green Bay their first lead of the game. Cassel would continue to struggle, throwing another INT and fumbling again. Heading into the fourth the Packers led 17-16.

Aaron Rodgers, trying to lead his team to their first win, would throw a strike to Greg Jennings. Jennings broke one tackle and raced 61 yards for the score. With just under 5 minutes left, the Packers had a 24-16 lead.

After throwing another interception, his third of the game, Chiefs head coach Corey Lewers benched Matt Cassel in favor of Brady Quinn. The Kansas City defense was able to stop the Packers and get the ball back with just over 3 minutes left. After a few good runs, Brady Quinn found Dwayne Bowe for an 18 yard TD to trim the Packers lead to 24-22. The Chiefs decided to go for two, and were able to convert. Tie game with just over 2 minutes.

Green Bay would go 3 and out, but the Chiefs couldn't do anything either. The Packers would receive the ball back inside their 20 with just under 30 second left. Trying to run out the clock, James Stark would be hit by Derrick Johnson and fumble. ROLB Tamba Hali would scoop up the fumble and race into the endzone for the score, and ultimately the win.

The Chiefs will face the Lions next week. Head Coach Corey Lewers hasn't announced whether Cassel or Quinn will start. Whoever does will need to play extremely well, as the team will be without star HB Jamaal Charles, who broke his collarbone. The Packers will face the Chargers in a Super Bowl rematch.

Bills Win On A Late Field Goal
    Top Broncos, 24-21

It was a game that could've gone either way this week. Both teams clearly wanted the win and had opportunities to put the game away, but it was Buffalo in the end who caught enough breaks to walk way with the W.

Things didn't look good for the visiting Bills to start off, as their first pass of the game was intercepted and returned for a TD - raising flashbacks of their 8 turnover game a week ago. Fortunately for them, the Pick 6 proved to be a fluke, as Rookie QB Johnathan Shuman would go on to have an otherwise career day, completing 15 of 22 passes for 255 yards, 3 TDs, and 1 INT. Fellow rookie, HB Khalek Hall would chip in with 113 yards on 15 carries, giving Buffalo a much needed balance between run and pass.

The Broncos weren't just playing spectator to Buffalo's balanced attack though. Led by 15-year vet, Peyton Manning, Denver played its own efficient game. Peyton Manning did his Peyton Manning thing, frequently - and somewhat annoyingly - changing the plays up at the line to find mismatches against the opposing defense.

With time winding down late in the 4th, the Bills holding both a 21-14 lead and the ball, Denver would need a miracle to comeback. And a miracle they got. With 3:19 left in the game, Bills WR Sean Oduh caught a pass in Bronco's territory only to fumble and lose it soon after, giving Denver a second lease on life.

Peyton Manning would capitalize, leading his team all the way down the field for the TD, tying the game at 21-21 with 1:46 to go. The game looked headed for OT after that, with the Bills unable to move the ball on the ensuing drive and instead being forced to run clock so that Denver didn't get a shot at it. They would punt with 0:29 left.

The Broncos called a run play, deciding to take their chances in OT, but unluckily for them, HB Arian Foster coughed up the ball at his own 26, setting Buffalo up for a surprise 41 yard field goal to win the game 24-21. If Foster had held on to the ball, there's no telling how OT would've played out.

    Key Stats of the Game:

    Passing: J. Shuman - 127.8 QB Rating, 15/22 for 255 yards, 3 TD, 1 INT
    Rushing: K. Hall - 15 Rushes, 113 yards, 7.5 avg, Longest run - 48 yards
    Receiving: TE S. Chandler - 3 Recs, 75 yards, 2 TD / WR S. Johnson - 3 Recs, 108 yards, 1 TD
    Defense: K. Sheppard - 4 Tackles, 1 FF / N. Barnett - 2 Tackles, 1 FR

    Passing: P. Manning - QB Rating, 17/32 for 180 yards, 2 TD
    Rushing: A. Foster - 14 Rushes, 43 yards, 3.1 avg, 1 FUM
    Receiving: TE D. Clark - 6 Recs, 68 yards, 2 TD / WR J. Gray - 4 Recs, 45 yards
    Defense: A. Smith - 2 Tackles, 1 INT, 1 TD

Player of the Game: Bills QB Johnathan Shuman

    Pats Roll Past Cowboys
The Cowboys were never in this game from the start. The only scores in the 1st quarter was two FG by Gostkowski to put the Pats up 6-0. In the second quarter the Cowboys would find the scoreboard with a FG of their own to cut the lead to 6-3. On the next drive Brady would find gronk for a 7 yard TD strike 13-3 Pats. The Cowboys would pick up another FG to make it a 1 score game at the half. On the first drive in the 2nd half Brady would find Lloyd across the middle for a 48 yard TD. The Pats would tack on a FG to extend their lead. Yet another FG would be added by the Pats in the 4th.

Coach AveryB and the New York Football Giants need to get pass the Redskins to keep pace in the NFC East. The Giants have a bye week in week 4 and the Cowboys coming to New York in week 5.

With that said the offense came up big against the Skin defense. Eli Manning had 302 yards in the air with 1TD and 0 Int , with the help from second year HB david wilson running for 84 yards and 0 TD's

Bengals Shutout Colts to Remain Undefeated
Cincinnati's defense had another stellar performance holding the Colts to 169 total yards and forcing 3 turnovers, and the Bengals made it three straight road wins with the 10-0 victory. QB Andy Dalton had a serviceable performance going 10 of 17 for 168 yards and a TD, and rookie HB Bull Griggs had another solid performance with 101 total yards from scrimmage. But the defense decided this matchup between two unbeatens as the Bengals sacked QB Andrew Luck 4 times and held him to 18 of 25 for 163 yards with an INT.
Next, Cincinnati ends their season-opening road trip at Jacksonville (2-1).
