We will actually be bumping this up to Heisman (with sliders).

My apologies for the change, but I think it will be for the best.

A little background... In the past NCAA games, I have loathed Heisman. In the CPU games, BS things just seemed to happen a lot. In the user games, the experience was lot different, and I felt that those differences changed the games for the worse.

Anyway, in NCAA 13, the user games play very similar across the two difficulties and the CPU doesn't feel like it cheats as much.

    The reasons for the change:
    CPU should be more challenging.
Sliders will not have to be as extreme, and we should have more room to work with the sliders as people adapt.
Most leagues will be using Heisman, so if you opt to branch out, there won't be a big adjustment or big differences between leagues.

I totally agree with this. I want the computer games to be challenging. It makes the season a lot more interesting, and a lot more stories vs the computer other than, "I smashed his face in". lol

I prefer heisman anyways as.that's what I play the comp on. aa is too easy and never saw the point of a 63-0 game every week

I'm fine with this but just don't laugh at me when I go winless.

I'm finding myself quite rusty, but I certainly do enjoy that we'll have a challenge in CPU games. In '12, my losses were always taken vs Users- the CPU (on AA) just isn't the same challenge. I might need to go back and revise my season prediction now, though ;)

Glad we're doing it. I played Michigan as FIU on AA and won 30-14.

I played Kansas as Oklahoma State and found myself frustrated by the CPU making interceptions every chance possible and my defense dropping easy ones or not even attempting to catch the ball. Kansas kept it close in the first half, but I pulled away in the second half and won 41-14. Have you decided on the sliders yet wick?

Not yet. Have tried out a couple sets, but nothing firm yet.

Interceptions will definitely be lowered some.

They weren't terrible interceptions, it was just frustrating that my defense dropped 2 and had a pick 6 that the corner just let hit his facemask and they were making plays on the ball.
