Discuss non-sports related gaming in here.

What's everyone pumped about seeing at E3?

What's everyone playing now, besides sports games?

I just picked up Fallout 3 again. I played the hell out of it at one point, lost all my achievements, then gave up before finishing. Seeing as I have Fallout: New Vegas sitting around unopened, I figured knocking these two games out would be a good way to kill time before NCAA 13.

As for E3? Splinter Cell blew me away. Halo 4 looks promising (though I hated Reach). Assassin's Creed III looks like it could be epic.

I'm actually hopping back on Master of Orion 2. Yea, yea I know. I love strategy games and I don't think anything's ever gotten the combination of simplicity and depth that MoO2 has.

I've got Diablo 3, Starcraft 2, Supreme Commander, and Battlefield 3 sitting on the harddrive of my massive gaming rig, and I periodically go back to a game from 96. Makes me laugh.

I like the Assassin's Creed series, but for some reason never got around to Revelations. Don't know why, to be honest.

Dude! We should play Starcraft sometime. I'm not the best, but I love it.

Haha, well neither am I. But yea it's good stuff!

EE is great! Though I think Rise of Nations eclipsed it. But, sadly, my RoN disc is lost.

Rise of nations always looked good but I've never gotten a chance to try it out.

Yea much more stream-lined and intuitive than EE. Doesn't have EE's variety, (it goes up to modern times) but so much better on the resource gathering and building phases and interface wise as well.

I liked the demo, but all the reviews knocked it pretty hard.

How is it? I enjoyed the demo, but IDK if its worth the monies.

I'm playing Skyrim and Minecraft. I am patiently waiting for the DLC for Skyrim (Dawnguard) to come out in 20 days.

Recently picked back up on civilizatiin V. Civ
Is my all time favorite RtS if only because i havent played any others except for EE, which is also fun. What is this rise of nations of which you speak? Deetz prz

I put like 100 hours in on Skyrim on my PC this past winter, but it burned me out. It was too good. I hear new DLC is coming out though so i will most likely pick it back up.

I grew up on the old NES and SNES Final Fantasy games and really hadn't found any game that sucked me in since until the 1st Dragon Age game. Then Skyrim finally got me and blew me away. Final Fantasy 9 was the last RPG i really loved. I still havent played oblivion.

Oblivion was awesome. I'd be happy to send you my GOT Edition, but I'm not sure how it'd feel after playing Skyrim.

Final Fantsy 3 (I think it was #6 in Japan) was simply amazing. I remember watching my dad play that game for hours on in. And I totally agree with I Peench, Oblivion was amazing. I think it was the first of its kind because whatever you could see is where you could go.
