    Georgia Tech Year-2 Scouting Report

The Yellow Jackets look to have a good "core" group of young recruits this year on their way. GT has several recruits that are either "soft" committs or on the cusp of committing to the program.

This years class looks to be far superior of last years 2009 class.

Here are the early "Hard" committs so far this season:

Will be posted Wed, Oct 6th

    Early 2010 Georgia Tech Committs

    Hard Committs:

    Reggie Foster-Tailback (4-Star)

    Nickname: "Fast Reggie"

    5'10, 210lbs

    Hometown: Macon, GA

Outlook: Reggie is a phenom recruit coming to Tech. He will bolster the depth and talent at TB for the 2011 season. He has a great combination of size and speed. Also has the size capabilities to play "A-Back" in Coach Johnson's high powered Triple-Option. Time will tell if Reggie will play B-Back or A-back in Coach's offensive scheme. Either way, Tech believes they have one of the best Taiback's in the country hittin the campus here in fall.

    Aaron Thompson-Place Kicker (4-Star)

    6'0, 172lbs

    Hometown: Kennesaw, GA

Outlook: Aaron will get a chance to show off his stuff in the 2011 season. With senior S. Blair departing, Aaron will be asked to fill the void. He was one of the top ranked kickers in the country and has excellent power on his kicks.

    Jamaal Bell-DE (3-Star)

    6'2, 255lbs

Nickname: Team PA anouncer called him "J-Bell from Hell"

    Hometown: Fair Oaks, GA

Outlook: Jamaal is a big, strong, and athletic DE prospect for the 3-4 DE position. Along with his size he has been clocked in the 40 in the 4.6 range.

    Soft Committ:

    Anthony Little-OLB (4-Star)

    5'11, 220lbs

    Hometown: Lake Charles, LA

Outlook: Anthony will be a future staple at OLB for D-Coord Dave Womack's dynamic 3-4 defense. Great speed and agility for a LB of his size. He has received many comparison's to the former Clint Stihm of the Virginia Cavaliers.
