    Clean, Good old-Fashioned Hate
Georgia and Georgia Tech have been doing battle since 1893. Both these teams hate each other with a passion. Separated by only 70 miles of heartland, you can only imagine the amount of bad blood the players and fans have for each other. Georgia still commands the series 62-40-5, despite last seasons loss to GT in overtime. Last seasons loss ended a 3 game win streak the Dawgs had in the series. This year the 11-1 Bulldogs are out for vengeance. Georgia Tech has had a rocky season. Their current record is 5-6 and they have struggled greatly, but have shown bright spots here and there. Georgia is 11-1 and looking very good as they hold a ranking of #5 in the nation. Out of the 4 teams they lost to last season they have beat 2 and lost to 1. Now Georgia Tech stands in their way at getting a quality bowl game appearance. This showdown will be hosted by the Yellow Jackets so look for a fired up crowd who is eager to make the most noise possible in hopes of aiding their team in ending Georgia's dream season. Game time is on its way!
