    34 - 35

The Giants and Hawks have always put together fierce battles. Each team brings aggression on the defensive side that usually leaves opposing teams in awe. Today both teams laid it all out on the line.

The Giants would start off with the ball and went right to work. Converting on several 3rd downs, they would eventually punch it in by a pass to Hynkoski from Nassib. From that point on it continued to be a back and forth battle. Going into half the Giants would score to go up 10. But the Hawks still had a minute to work. Russel Wilson would manage a solid drive and eventually tack on a 6 spot to bring them within 3 points and the ball at half.

The Hawks got it going quick in the second half as Stead would haul in a 70yd pass to put his squad up 4. That lasted a matter of 15 seconds as the following kickoff, Wylie took it back 100 yds to put the Gmen back up. As this game rolled out you sensed a game of extreme highs and lows. Following Wylies return, Banks took one back himself to put the Hawks back up. SMH.

Th Giants would score again to go up but the Hawks would counter. Seattle would go up 3 and force a punt to get the ball back with less than 5mins in the game. They would have the opportunity to close it out. As the Hawks marched down field they were slowly sucking the air out of the Giants. But a big sack by Jolly to push the Hawks back, would force the Hawks to settle for a 6pt lead with the fg. So with 2 TOs and roughly 2 minutes the Giants had one last chance.

Nassib conducted a drive for the ages. Going short, medium and long. With time running down and a TO remaining, Nassib hit Tarpley just inside the 20. With a second remaining the Gmen called there final TO. This was for all of the marbles, 1 second left the winner goes to the conference championship. Giants would line up in a 5 WR set, Nassib looked right and then left to find Lopez over the middle on a dig route in the endzone to win it. Amazing game.
