which will you try to acheive this year?
I like to build teams but I also like to take on new challenges so I am good with either way.
I want to build my team up to where I can say they can compete without me coaching & move onto the next challenge.
We all know I like to build programs up. I just suck at it.
Ill probably go the coaching route, and try to move up to one of my alma maters as quickly as possible....
I'm going to take UCF as far as I can until you guys tell me I have to move.
no one will tell you that.... you can stay the entire dynasty....
Even if I'm the last one left in C-USA?
in my view even if your last you should stay..... you just get a really tough OOC schedule yearly..... i think everyone realizes that there will be some seasons where the conferences are unbalanced....once the dynasty really gets under way and coaches start moving..
I wouldn't mind trying to move up to Michigan at some point. The only problem is last year when I moved from Texas to LSU I didn't give a shit about any of my LSU players. I just don't want that to happen again.
I'm honestly not sure yet. I don't see myself getting too attached to UAB, and I normally enjoy going the coaching route. I'll probably be trying to make the jump fairly quickly.
I said a combo of both as I am not sure. I think a lot of it will depend on what happens and what the rules are. If we could have the potential to grow our team and create some type of conference invite system, then that would be something to look to. I also like the CC idea a lot too. If I got the right offer fairly early, I could make the jump. It also would depend on the movement around the league with the other guys. I think I like the idea of having the option to go either way.
Or the program fires your ass...
I was actually going to include that in my post, but figured I'd go in with more confidence this year.
Hope so you got beter towards the end of the year in '10 continued in '11 now you should put it all toget for '12. I've got confidence in you and always have been on the Bond bandwagon!
Careful, I think the axle is about to break...
Who said it wasn't before, it's been a rough ride, the axel has definitely been shaking
If the axel didn't break during my Deuce Georgia Tech run then that bitch ain't never coming off.
Where is JRs GTFOH gif haha
After playing more hands on with the CC I decided I want to build a program rather than a coaching career. It seems appealing to simply take the first PAC 12 or Big 10 school offer I get and build them up.
Do you get offers every year? Or does it depend on your coach prestige?
This is probably the route I am taking as well - unless I get shit offers and then all of a sudden my Buffalo team is legit (unlikely)
I was fired in my first year sim as Tulane (after going 1-11). Then the next year was offered the OC job at Western Michigan. Then I simmed next season and won the MAC with Western Michigan (11-2) and was offered the OC job at Iowa St.
So after going 12-13 in two seasons I was able to get a job at a low tier Big 12 school.
If everyone wants to build programs then why not just not use CC?
