    GUIDE TO SEASON SHOWDOWN

    I figured it would be great to have a breakdown of all the points that can be earned in a game.. This will help identify if an user is abusing features such as Run/Pass Commit, Aggressive Game Planning etc.. based on what points they earn on a play..

    Items marked in Red are banned, disrespectful/unsportsmanlike are marked in Yellow.. Feel free to post in this thread if you noticed one that was left off..

    Skills:

    Offensive:
    User Catch (Lockdown) +4
    Pass TD +3

    Defensive:
    User Pick +15
    Block Kick (Lockdown) +12
    Block Kick +10
    Sack (Lockdown) +10
    User Sack +8
    Tackle for loss (Lockdown) +6
    User Swats +5
    Tackle for loss +4
    Tackle (Lockdown) +4
    Big Hit (Lockdown) +4
    User Tackle +2
    User Big Hit +2

    Strategy:

    Offensive:
    Big Play +8 (Aggressive Offense)
    100% Setup +8 (Setup Play)

    Defensive:
    Interception +15 (Aggressive Defense)
    Fumble +10 (Aggresive Defense)
    Big Hit Fumble +8 (Hit Stick)
    Play the Pass +5 (Pass Commit or Highlight WR)
    Play the Run +5 (Run Commit)
    Jump Snapped +5 (Aggressive Defense)
    Stuffed Option +2 (Aggressive Defense)

    Sportsmanship:

    Offensive:
    Chew Clock +10
    Kicking on 4th down +10
    Take a Knee +10

    Negative:
    Onside Kick/with lead: -20
    Passing late in the game: -50 (If its 3rd and long and are trying to keep your drive alive to wind down the clock its acceptable.)
    Going for it on 4th down/with lead -5 (If its 4th down within the rules and you are trying to keep the drive alive to wind the clock, not to run up the score is acceptable.)
    2 pt Conversion/with lead -10
    Running up the score -50
    Running up the score (2nd time): -75
    Calling a timeout/with time running out -100
    Excessive Delay of Game -100
    Running up the score (3rd time): -150

    Defensive:

    Negative:
    Repeated Encroachment -5

    You get +15 for doing a user pick as well even if you aren't on aggressive gameplan

    yeah its listed as the 1st thing under skills, defensive ;) Also it will say USER PICK

    you get -100 for excessive delay of game penalties under sportsmanship.

    Let's see I was playing a user game last night. Losing by 24 with I thought under 30 sec left. I thought the clock was running so I went to get a drink, and to do my game summary. My computer ans PS3 are in different rooms. I get a PM in trad telling me to snap the ball. Man that was embarrassing.

    Stuffed option is not aggressive based. I use conservative gameplanning on defense in a dynasty and have gotten stuffed option.

    So it looks like deep/shallow zones has no repercussions? Other than you being able to actually call your defense how you want it? Are we going to allow this, as this is about the best feature in gameplanning? May have let me make some defensive plays for a few weeks now.

    I am slightly confused about your post. with deep and shallow zones loose/tight coverage there are repercussions.

    I agree with this, I don't use the zones frequently, but its one of the best gameplan features out there.
    I think it should be allowed.
