dakota pretty much hit the nail on the head with the sliders being an issue if you ask me. I should have to jack up CPU Run Defense to 100 just or them to stop us. And even then most of us can destroy them. I never really complained about the run game but I like to pass the ball too and that didn't work so well for me. The defense is really what killed it overall. Again I will say I'm not afraid to take a loss but that A&M game was awful CPU wise. I KNEW Manziel was going to run, I specifically called run stopping plays and adjusted my game planning and he ran like a hot knife through butter. He was also right that Madden feels like a better game overall and I think EA knew NCAA was going to be done so they put their efforts into Madden. You are right that this is probably the best version of NCAA to date but was still infuriating after a while and that just isn't worth it. At least with the first file, losing you could only blame yourself since we played a lot of users.
FWIW I think that with our sliders passing in this game is WAAAAAAAAY easier than running (they're both a lot harder for me in my offline's sliders).
True but maybe for once you could keep your comments to yourself. Leaving The E isn't exactly easy after such a long run
Funny, me and jello agree here. The gameplay is not as bad as some might think. You are also welcome to your opinion but free speech still reigns
But it is silly for me to consistently get mad at a game that I am not good at or continue to have fun with bad or not. I think that the game plays differently online than offline honestly. I am much more competitive offline (win or lose) than I am online. But like you said, to each their own opinion but you felt the need to make me feel guilty for not wanting to play anymore because I'm sick of getting mad at a video game. Over the years I have seen many faces in The E and when someone leaves whether I agree or not I wish them luck because that is the nice thing to do. Look before you leap next time.
Offline/Online vary significantly. User games are usually chalked up since I don't blitz the MLB up the middle every play and struggle to pass rush sometimes. Oppositely offline games, my d-line crushes the CPU o-line. Good luck with your endeavors.
I definitely hear you on this. As you know I quit the E after only a month of '11 (I think) because I just didn't like that version of the game. People play games to have fun and it makes 0 sense to play a game that isn't fun.
