I think there are really only three candidates for this award -

    HAL9100

    Why Hal?

    1. AFC South Champion
    2. #2 Seed in the AFC
    3. QB Jordan Mapa - MVP candidate and potential offensive rookie of the year
    4. Drafted two running backs and two quarterbacks early in last season's draft - a move doubted by many that paid off big.
    5. 4 Pro-Bowlers
    6. Started a rookie at QB, rookie at RB and 2nd year player at WR. (All of which made the pro-bowl)
    7. Sub .500 last season to 13-3 this season
    8. 95% in the Red Zone (60% TD's)
    9. 3rd in points allowed

    Why OMlawdog?
    1. NFC West Champion
    2. #1 Seed in the NFC Playoffs
    3. 241 point differential (best in the league)
    4. QB Sam Bradford is a MVP Candidate
    5. 7 Pro-Bowlers
    6. Sub .500 last season to 14-2 this season
    7. 2nd best defense in yards allowed
    8. 2nd in points allowed
    9. 2nd in RPI
    10. Highly regarded is having the best draft in season 1.

    Why Flyin?
    1. AFC West Champion
    2. #1 Seed in the AFC Playoffs
    3. Replaced HOF'er Peyton Manning with Brock Osweiler and still went 14-2.
    4. 6 Pro-Bowlers
    5. 2nd in the League in points scored
    6. 3rd in the League in offense
    7. #1 in the League in interceptions

All three are very deserving, but I voted for Hal. 13-3 is impressive, but with the Jaguars roster in season 2 is just an outstanding job.

Imo there really is only two candidates, Hal and Lawdog. Imo, Hal gets the slight nod for just how terrible the Jags were to start the release. That and his turnover in the backfield on offense (trading MJD and replacing Gabbert) were brilliant moves.

The Rams are a 73 Overall, up from a 70 overall last year; I have no idea how good or bad the Jags are, but its certainly a big time jump for both franchises.

No doubt, very impressive on both ends. Whats even better is there is a good chance y'all will meet in the Super Bowl.

I voted for OMlawdog because it comes down to user vs. cpu controlled team for me. Everyone knows that HAL9100 is a CPU. Not in the traditional Madden cpu-controlled team - - more of a CPU masquerading as a user.
