HeISMan Update Ponyexpress.com presents your week 10 Heisman Update: Moving up drastically on the board and now a legitimate front runner for the Heisman Trophy is: Halfback Brandon Saine Saine is now the lead dog in the race for the Heisman trophy. With 980 yards on the ground, 625 receiving, and a combined 13 touchdowns on the the season. Quarterback Greg McElroy McElroy has been consistently good (and overrated) this season. He has outshined last year's winner Mark Ingram. Now he has amassed 2,608 yards passing and has 26 touchdowns on the year. Let's see if Alabama can make it two in a row. Quarterback Terrelle Pryor Pryor is surely going to take votes away from teammate and roommate Saine in this year's race. It's been a tough time for teammates to both be the top three in the race. This season Pryor has been really good with 2,492 yards passing and 24 passing touchdowns, along with 301 yards rushing and 4 touchdowns. Running Back Evan Royster Coach Dunlap has done a great job putting Royster in position to win the Heisman trophy. Evan already has 1,018 yards on the ground and 13 rushing touchdowns. The only bad thing going for Royster is the history of Penn State running backs..I mean whatever happened to Blair Thomas? Wide Receiver Ryan Broyles A quick but undersized receiver, Broyles has made the most of his junior campaign. He has amassed 884 yards receiving and 9 receiving touchdowns. Just think what he could have down with Sam Bradford!
