didn't know where to post this, so suppose this is best place.

can someone explain the rules with talking players into staying? if they win an award (any award) you can't? what about all-american? and what about like ovr wise. say a 93ovr Jr who has never won anything, can i try to get him to stay?

Any award except the kicker/punter will stop you from keeping them. All-American does take effect the rule. A 93 OVR JR with no awards would be free game to persuade back

95OVR is the cutoff, so anything 94OVR and lower can be convinced to stay unless they have won a major award or were Heisman candidates.
