Sam Winnall had a brilliant finish in the 53rd to push us through to the next round in this FA Cup replay. We drew with Plymouth 2-2 in the first match of this round, but were able to come out ahead in the 2nd leg. Target man Delroy Facey went down in the 30th minute with an apparent knee injury, and after further medical review at halftime we decided it would be in our best interest to sub him out and bring in Arquin. Facey's injury has been diagnosed as a sprained knee, early speculation has him out for a couple of weeks.

We got a couple of subs involved in this one, including man of the match Adam Bartlett who has recently been complaining about his lack of playing time behind the huge summer signing John Smith. Sam Winnall put in another solid performance for us up top, and Arquin is looking to make a push for a spot in the starting 11 even when Facey does come back. Rumor has it that Facey may be placed on the transfer list heading into the winter transfer period.

This win pushed us into the top 7, which puts us in the race for the promotion playoffs. We've hit a good run of form lately, with 4 wins and a draw in our last 5 matches. I bumped the difficulty up to Legendary a couple of games ago, and its stayed competitive. I'm going to update my 3rd post here in a minute to add the league table in.

No way we deserved to win this game, but we were able to finish on 2 of our 3 chances on goal. Bristol dominated in every fashion, and missed 2 basically wide open nets. This win is huge for us though, as it should add some more to our transfer budget heading into the January transfer period.

Rotherham really showed why there are at the top of the tables in this one. They absolutely dominated me. Definitely the best team we've come up against yet. If it wasn't for John Smith, we would have lost this one big, but he kept us in it and gave us a chance to snatch a point. Unfortunately our offense was non-existent today against a tough Rotherham defense.

After the unfortunate loss away to Torquay and an injury to top striker Sam Winnall we were able to put together a brilliant performance against 2nd place Gillingham. January pick up Rory Loy scored all 4 goals in a thrilling match at Edgar Street. The departure of Delroy Facey is being eased by Loy coming in and playing spectacularly when he gets in to the first 11. We're currently sitting 5th, 6 points out of the all important 3rd spot going into our last 2 matches of February. In Npower League 2, the top 3 teams automatically get promoted, and the 4th-8th place teams go into a playoff for the 4th and final promotion spot.

This one hurt. We felt like we dominated most of the game, and after scoring a 90th minute goal that we believed to be the winner, Cheltenham came right back down and equalized... We'll feel like we lost 2 key points in this one. Lesly Malouda also went down with a sprained ankle. We're getting bit by the injury bug a bit in our last few matches, and the absence of Michael Townsend is really hurting our defense.

Big win for us to get back on track and put us in a tie for 5Ath place at 62 points with Bradford. 4th place Shrewsbury is only 3 points clear of the 2 below them at 65 points. Gillingham seems to have the last automatic promotion position locked up with 68 points, and 7th is Crawley with 56 to round out the playoffs. With only 9 games left it will be interesting to see how things pan out. An April 17th clash at home against Shrewsbury could turn out to be huge.

Updated the first few posts... I've been playing this, just been too lazy to post lol. Made some big moves in the summer transfer window to add some depth after getting promoted to League 1. Also been tweaking the sliders a ton, and I think I finally found a set I like.

This game was about as even as could be, and Scunthorpe probably deserved a draw. A missed penalty by Dagnall in the 35th minute will come back to haunt him even though he converted his other chance.
