We are in season 5 and going strong guys, good work to everyone involved. I myself have enjoyed every day with you guys since I have been here. Best league in the world is HK, no doubt. What is your most proud and improved player on your team? After we get enough screenshots, we should be able to tell who is the most improved player in HK.

Sanders Commings out of Georgia is the guy for me. Since the start of HK till now.. he has raised his awareness from 46 to 87, tackle from 71 to 87, hit power from 71 to 81, pursuit from 67 to 87, play recognition from 51 to 87, zone coverage from 77 to 87, and total overall from 69 to 91. Also, Commings is topped out in consistency and confidence, clutch, a big hitter, and has a high motor. He will continue to only get better as he has 4 years remaining on his contract and he will likely retire a Chief.

I will say that the XP system is wonky , if not broken, but it is what it is. There is a sense of smarts if not anything else to how you would upgrade players and staff FWIW. I wish I would have had control of my team from the jump, because if you do not practice and upgrade your players correctly eventually it will catch up to you. I feel like on a 1-10 scale my GM skills are at least an 8, as where on the sticks I am around a -5.

Hopefully I have a player that I can improve a good bit here in the next few seasons.

    Just my 0.02$

I default all improvement ideas to my boys I Peench & Keller :)

I will send you something on my thoughts if you actually want them , probably have EA about 700,000 in games since like 92' so I have some thoughts.

Yes I would love to hear your perspective on the flaws of the XP system. I do agree there are issues, I just want to hear your ideas.
