Coach Jvigorous is excited to take over the head coaching duties for the Va. Tech Hokies for the 2012 Season. Overall the team is pretty strong with a few holes. The main holes that need to be filled is the Offense and Defensive line. This season the Hokies have a stable of running backs and for the 2011 offseason got a commit from the #1 RB in the nation.

RB- F. Kirk 6'0 225lbs :5stars: This RB is an (87) OVR who will be getting a few snaps this season behind SR RB R.Williams. Not only is he a big back but he has got some speed (95) and an 82 Break Tackle rating.

The strongest point on defense for the Hokies is the LB core. With MLB Bruce Taylor the bone crunching hits will mainly be coming from these LBs.

The Hokies knew that Buffalo had a very strong offense coming into this game and in order to win they would have to stop the big plays. The Hokies defense allowed the Bulls to get into the redzone a lot but only allowed one TD and 4 FGs. The LBs for the Hokies played hard and really prevented any big plays. Overall on defense execution needs to be polished because they allowed 17 first downs and the bulls were on the field for 17:34mins, which is unacceptable if this team wants to win championships.

Offensively the Hokies executed near perfection in the pass game and broke a few big plays in the run game.

Opening offensive drive for the Hokies:

R.Williams gets the ball.... Watch out endzone!

R.Williams gets a dump pass, with 5:11 mins remaining

The final offensive play for the Hokies, FR RB F.Kirk gets the handoff after an onside kick recovery.

GG BC! If it wasnt for a few critical 3rd downs and redzone stops this game would've turned out bad for Va Tech.
